Im not skip bayless, I don’t pay attention to QBR nor know what it means. I’m not finna look up the stats but tell me if it’s close, his last year in like what 12 games maybe he had 1500 yards? 16TD and 4 INT? That’s bad? And one thing I remember was the 49ers were terrible that year and had nobody on that team. Can someone without an agenda verify those numbers?
Pretty close on those numbers. The rest of the story: 49% QBR, 36 sacks, and most importantly, 1-10 record.

Where does it specify, “not the workplace”?
Nope. Kal is 100% legally able to exercise his right to speak during his work hours... Until his boss says he cannot during work hours; and if he DOES during work hours, owner of said business is within his right to end his employment.

Cam Newton, Andy Dalton, Blake Bortles, and Joe Flacco are notorious for hovering around 59-61% completion percentage. All are starting in the NFL.

That's not even my or other people's issue. The issue is that there are horrible backup QBs that have a job yet Kap doesnt have one.

Everyone knows there is a ton of bad backup QBs...but they don't bring a media circus with them to work that has literally nothing to do with football.

This won't go well for you.

It's specified in a place called the Supreme Court.

It's a small building down the steet from the White House and US Treasury.
So the 9 people of the Supreme Court said it?!?! Lol...show it to me in the constitution. While I understand what you are trying to do, I isn’t working well for you either because just like everyone else, the supreme votes on their feelings and interpretations which is why people put so much attention on whether they are democrat or republican.

Touchdowns and interceptions ? It’s 2019 buddy there are much better ways to judge a qb’s performance. And 1500 yards in 12 games is Malik rosier type of bad.

Kap is a POS

His cause is a fraud. He tries to pass it off as if there is a hunt going on in America by police officers on AA.

Less than 1% of AA are killed by police officers every year. Less than 1

More than 10% of white Americans are shot and killed by police officers in America (bureau of statistics look it up)

Let that marinate.

He had a chance to be a backup for a couple teams and he said no thanks

He was a 1-2 year phenom, but as is usually the case, other NFL teams adjusted and exposed him for what he really was - an average QB at best. Whether or not his "protests" were truly heart felt, only he can answer that. That said, he's probably made more money from endorsements than he would have made as a QB.
So the HC that made him successful getting fired had nothing to do with it? Or the fact that he went through two head coaches in the span of two years with horrible rosters?

So 1 out of every 10 white guys get shot and killed by police ? You can’t really be dumb enough to believe that

So stop doing the pledge and star spangled banner at games....I’m pretty sure that when both was invented, they didn’t specify that they need to be sung and recited at sporting events.

You do recognize, whether you like it, hate it, acknowledge it, or wipe your *** with it, the US Constitution designates the Judicial Branch (headed by SCOTUS) as the ultimate arbitar and judge as to what is, and is not, Constitutional and legally allowed.

Short answer, YES, dudes and dudettes who sit on SCOTUS get to decide what the Constitution says and means.

It many ways, they are the most powerful branch of government.

Well at least I was close lol
Ill never blame one person for the record of the TEAM. It’s 23 other ppl with responsibilities. Are the sacks his fault (as in he held onto the ball too long each time) or was the o-line terrible? Is the accuracy because he himself was inaccurate or because of throwing the ball away to avoid sacks or receivers dropping passes? So many variables. I’m just asking legit honest questions so we can finally find these “better options.”

Its about the right of the individual.

Think about it this way... If you were black, and owned a black barbershop, how would you feel about the government telling you that you were REQUIRED to hire racist white-men.

Same as those who dont want to bake cakes for *** weddings, Who dont want to cater food for KKK rallies... ETC.

OMFG. That is what happened and continues to happen. Subtly, but it's what happened.

Other team owners have been more explicit and vocal.

True enough but, it isn’t the law in the land everywhere...and neither is it the law of the land in your house. And you still haven’t shown me where it states, “not in the work place”.

Yeah but, all do what they want to do anyway like finding ways to discriminate against black students or using the system to exhonerate white men that killed black children with toy guns
