So you're telling me that in San Francisco, a city that many believe to be the most liberal city in America, fans would have stopped attending games because Kaepernick was on the field? Perhaps you are implying that ticket sales would decline in other cities. That argument is easily debunked as Kaepernick's jersey is consistently in the top 50 of sales. They can't keep his **** on the shelves. But people would stop attending games? Where did that forecast model come from? Not only that, good luck disentangling anti vs. pro Kaepernick fans in relation to ticket sales. Try again....

R Kellys sales skyrocketed after the lifetime series of him ****ing on and ******** teen girls. Michael Vicks jersey sale skyrocketed after returning from prison for electrocuting dogs. I'm not sure you wan't to use "sales" as a measure of morale high ground.

I hope R Kelly gets 1K years in prison

Lol@ people that feel that if you don’t salute that flag, you don’t love your country...

People are passionate about that topic one way or another.

I suspect most are pro salute/pro respect.

I've often asked folks who are anti-Old Glory or anti-US two simple questions. The looks on their vapid faces makes my day.

If Old Glory is so triggering, such and awful symbol, if the US is such a rascist country, then why live your life with US dollars? Why be COMPLICIT, dare I say a FULL ECONOMIC SUPPORTER, of the very life blood of what is despised so greatly?

I usually have a soda and popcorn as I watch their heads pop off their shoulders.

It's a gift.

Try looking at massive drop in NFL attendance and revenues during the kneeling controversy and get back to me. Try again.

League-wide revenues actually increased by 5% in 2017 during the height of the kneeling controversy according to Forbes, are you referring to 2016 when Kaepernick was actually in the league? NFL teams split a record 7.8 billion dollars that year. Try again?

Or you can look up how Nike stock went up when they showed that they were backing him

Of course Nike wants to corner the black market. Who else would pay 400$ for sneakers that cost 15$ to make.
