This happened in 2014 and he was suspended for the whole season. Sentenced served according to Oklahoma. They released it now because he Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters sued for its access. Can't believe FSU handed out the tougher penalty than Oklahoma. Same situations but FSU kicked him off the team.
