I've seen people say that it'd be better off that he'd stay at FSU. Trying to find out why

Simple. They think FSU can do better. We don't think your boy Cuckbo is as great as you think he is even though we acknowledge that he's good.

I always knew our fan base was disillusioned but I didn't know it was that bad. Apparently you guys don't understand how difficult it is to find and hire a "good" coach. If it was as easy as you guys in fantasy land think it is, Texas, UF, USC, Miami etc... would all have mini Saban's of their own winning 4 out of 6 championships. Or at the very least replicate what Cuckbo has done. But since in the real world there aren't many coaches who have accomplished what Cuckbo's done, I'll celebrate him leaving to LSU while seeing FSU have to go out and try to avoid what Texas and UF and so many others have failed to do for the last decade.

According to the rumor, he and Ogeron are friends AND Kiffin would be the highest paid OC in college. He's not making top OC money at Bama.

Just because Jimbo has one as well doesn't mean he's up there with Saban and Meyer in the elite coaching category. Could be that Jimbo just knows how to cook. Remember he had the best QB and RB at FSU in the last 30 years on the same team and got whipped by Oregon.

Cuckbo can be above-average, and so can Rick. Neither has to be elite to do what they've done. Cuckbo has been elite at times in the recruiting game just like Mack Brown was.

Did you give Coker unlimited credit for what should have been 2 NCs? If Cuckbo gets to underachieve for 3 years for 1 NC then Coker should have been given another 5 years.

You guys are always so quick to eat that FSU booty. You'll contort like a yogi to make Cuckbo a top HC. He's good. So is Rick. They're both good HCs. Neither is elite.

What makes you "elite" (such an overrated concept)? An unlimited checkbook and the ability to hire ex HCs as quality control analysts? Or the ability to pay assistants more than anyone else? Or living in BFE where nobody has a life outside sports teams? Point is money matters and there isn't much difference between the "good" and the "elite" HCs other than that.
