NFL OT: I'm riding with AB on this one..

Dude
1. You calling me Adolf or a racist is funny, it again points out how intolerant lefties are

2. Not sure why you are crying about craperneck, please go look at the stats he sucks
He Is a career 59% comp passer w a YPA of 6.8 and 6.6 his last 2 years- that SUCKS bro!!! It ain’t a black or white thing bro.

3. Do you have a job? If so, do you think you can go and protest while at work? See how long before your fired! No one would have cared if he did it on his own time in front of a police station or whatever- good for Him. But he caused a backlash against nfl - a business - and NO OWNER in their right mind would bring this guy in and risk losing half the fan base. He sent good enough to justify it! If he was Brady or Mahomes he gets away w it imo
But he’s NOT he is a JAG

You obviously are upset, I see that w the name calling. I wish you could feel better
About it but I doubt I can reason w you. It’s your emotions and lack of understanding of how businesses are run.

If I could make a suggestion, go listen to Larry Elder
Educate yourself and stop crying about dumb ****

i hope every canes player kneels for the song

in this case, one is a diva and the other is a legit awful human being.

Patience. AB will soon cross over into the awful human being category as he keeps inching closer and closer to hurting people off the field. The 120mph ticket on a street that's very similar to Kendall Drive, the domestic violence issue down here, the lobbing of furniture from the balcony of high rises that nearly hit a kid, etc.

Lmao
Racist? Poor sis have her panties in a wad over colllllliiiinnn😂
Is that really all you have? Im
Giving you the truth why the NFL won’t sign him
It has nothing to do with race my friend....

Crap sucks, if he was good he would be in league. But his antics alienate more than half of every teams fans while his play does not supersede that, therefore, he doesn’t have a job. Not sure why fools like you don’t understand the NFL is a BUSINESS!

his last year he had 16 TDs 4 picks with decent percentages. he was infinitely better than tannehill his final year and would have been an upgrade

Ryan Clarke said years ago the real Ab would come out when he got his money , pretty much said he’s a piece of ****. Then brown came out and called him an Uncle Tom. Which is in the handbook to use when you’re called out. If it a white Dude he’s racist , if it’s a black dude he’s an “ Uncle Tom”.

And what’s ironic is Clarke was the only player voted against this cba when he was the player rep. The cba that all the players are crying about now . They got f’d but he’s the “ Uncle Tom”.

Ryan is one of the most respected players to come around the league , from players to coaches. And he’s intelligent enough to know the players were getting f’d

RC called it.

The GM literally backed Big Ben after AB commented on how things are run in the organization. Im with AB on this too, though he absolutely is a DIVA as most WR are. Big Ben is constantly throwing players under the bus and gets a pass. AB has no off the field issues but Big Ben out here sexually assaulting women and nobody says anything
Did you honestly just say he has no off the field problems lmao?

Wait until you guys sign Lev Bell. I think giving ANY RB big $ in today's NFL is insanity but it'd sure take the rivalry up a notch.
Yeah we're rumored to be interested in Lev, I doubt we actually sign him though because the Ravens never spend big money in Free Agency.

Our GM Eric DeCosta learned for years under Ozzie & they've always been frugal looking for a good bargain 1 year deal type FA's. Their philosophy is to draft well & resign your picks once they develop, I would be shocked if we spent all that money on just one player that we didn't draft.

....or call out his teammates on the air over and over.

Why is it big when he does it but all the other players call guys out it’s cool?

Lbj calls teammates out weekly , gets coaches fired , while being an awful defender the last two years. Dude has been rated in the 300’s d rating but calls young teammates out all the time. While watching guys shoot wide open threes. But that’s cool right ?

Let’s be real , if Ben was black everyone would be cool with him calling guys out. It’s common.

Like I said “ both are **** people “ but going awol and quitting is the one no no. Especially in football.

I know that philosophy well. That's why I never get too excited when the Steelers are said to have any cap space and free agency starts. Our little problem has been the inability to draft any DBs that actually do merit resigning. That was the original hope when it became clear that AB was gone- to get a pick and a starting caliber defensive player for him. That was also before this became a complete ****show.

Are you fckin serious??? Lol...

If Ben was Black & he called his teammates out for years like he's been doing, he would be labeled a DIVA & called a poor leader.

You can feel however you want about AB but if you're seriously sitting here tryin to act like Ben is justified or isn't a completely ****** teammate then you clearly only see this from one side.

Ben is not a better guy in the locker room or off the field than AB, you can argue they're both low character dudes but anybody making a pro Ben argument is completely off base. Ben is not beloved by his teammates any more or any less than AB they're both equally egomaniacs that have divided the locker room.

If we're goinf to do that then there's a long list of people that should fit that including Gronk who intentionally concussed Tredavious White on the field which would've been a crime on the streets

Who’s justifying ? I said both are **** people, I just said quitting is the one thing not accepted in football. No matter how bad of a person you’re off the field these guys wil respect you until you quit.

I would’nt want either on my team.

Figures that part would be left out in some people’s responses, not surprising.

I mean players around the league call Ab a quitter and a bad teammate.

I’ve also never said Ben is a “ better teammate”, the only positive ( if you want to call it positive ) about Ben ive stated is fact . He’s never went awol or quit on the team.

I know some of the same posters here want to stick up for Ab for one particular reason but there’s no justifying that.

But oh well.

First of all there is a lot of blame to go around for this mess. The GM calling grown men kids is a slap in the face and disrespectful that he feels this way about the MEN that come to work for the organization week to week day to day. I bet anyone of you working at your current employment and your manger or CEO comes out and publicly states that I have nothing but kids working for me will feel disrespected in the worse way. This tells a lot about how he feels towards the people. Mike Tomlin as a Super Bowl winning head coach has enough pull to step in and check all the negative behavior and actions but he didn't or did to a small margin. Big Ben being used as the model franchise player was wrong because he got a history of being spoiled and even getting away with criminal behavior. AB is a great player, probably means well and may have some truth to the problems within the organization that he saw first hand but he is a diva throwing tantrums and he needs to realize this is truly a team game and one player can't win it all by himself. This is not baseball or basketball in which one player can night in and night out take over a game at anytime for his team. Example baseball a pitcher that just pitches a no-hitter when he himself is not getting no run support from his own team and still win the game. Basketball you got a sorry team or average team but one player can go Jordanlike or Kobelike and carry their team to a championship. Its different in football you can be the best QB or RB of all time but if that line is not blocking good you won't win nothing. You can be the best LB of all time but if you got a average Dline or poor DBs you won't win nothing. This is a complete mess in Pittsburg from top to bottom but oh well not a Steeler fan anyways.

Agree with everything but the end where you said Jordanlike and carry can a team to a championship. Jordan got his *** crushed in his prime when he played Boston until the great players left or got hurt. The Celtics beat down Jordan I think 17 times in a row. I was there in the Garden for most of wins there. Celtics swept them in the playoffs a couple times. Jordan couldn't even beat Detroit until 91. Jordan never beat the best teams, he got slaughtered. I just can't help myself. lol

No doubt Gronk is a caveman meathead but he's pretty much kept under control off the field. Just saying that AB's recent lunacy actually has been accompanied by a lot of off the field antics and issues that are falling just short (for now) of really causing him a problem.

The common theme in each video that goes as far back as 2016 is Ben Roethlisberger calling out his teammates.

Ben constantly throws his teammates under the bus & never takes accountability for his mistakes. When he throws game losing INT's he blames it on the WR for not running the route correctly, then he'll blame it on the OC for not calling the right plays.

When Ben threw 5 picks vs JAX he took absolutely no blame for it at all & just pushed everything off on someone else.

It's typical for everybody to jump on AB & criticize him because he's an easy target, but if you're someone that thinks Ben is some little angel that isn't a complete ******* & a ****** teammate then your obvious bias is showing.

I wonder how long he would have lasted in New England. He's a cancer.

Both AB & Ben are bad teammates, the only difference is one is supported by the Front office while the other is ostracized, that's what caused the problem in the locker room.

You can't preach accountability when the rules don't apply to everyone equally. The GM & Head Coach are most responsible for the whole thing.

FWIW, Ben is widely known as a drama queen and a diva to a certain extent.

But if we're talking teammate perception and such, Lev Bell and AB took that garbage to a completely different stratosphere this year. You even had the Steelers player's union rep blasting Bell this year.

The whole Ben is a garbage person narrative is derived by fans that still want to point to the rape allegations. Like it or not, that's not even remotely considered in that locker room when judging him. So it basically becomes a comparison between levels of diva-ness and who is more committed to the team and it'd be reallllllll hard to lose that competition to Bell or Brown after this year.
