OT: Francois being investigated

Nothing to see here... two people fighting over hair products..Francois used more than his fair share women got made called police...francois still had the comb (exhibit a) in his hair he gave it back plus the perm and straighter... maybe suspend 1st series

LOL. Seriously though, apart from the Francois episode, these Title IX cases are everywhere. And, at the rate these cases are proliferating, I wouldn’t be surprised if it involves an athlete at Miami in the future.

As I said in my first post, I’ll wait until the end. And what do you know, Francois will not be charged. The end.
 
It was already announced earlier that he is no longer under investigation. End of story.
 
Still a low life piece of trash. Beating a pregnant woman who is carrying your kid. Real stand up guy. Hope he snaps his leg again and is on TANF the rest of his life.
 
When I clicked on the link, it said "Case closed." Did it say something else earlier? If not, why the thread?
 
When the thread was started it was an open case. Now it's a closed case. If you look at the top of the article you'll see it was just updated.

I'm all for threads that bash the TPD, if we just want to keep it going for that......

Bashing the TPD is fair game, but when people try to derive the guilt of the accused from TODs failings then it’s wrong.
 
So her story is he broke a door trying to get to her and she cut her arm when he threw her out of the apartment and she did NOT press charges?? WTF is wrong with people?

It's pretty clear Deondre F is as big a degenerate trash heap as DeAndre Johnson or Jameis. I also guarantee you that if Frenchy was a non-athlete he'd be looking at felony charges right now. Domestic, breaking and entering, habitation, all that good ish. Let's be real, Frenchy would never be at a university without being a freak ball player

The woman said the argument began because Francois grew upset that a friend of his tried to "talk to her." She said Francois broke down the bedroom door, picked her up, threw her onto the ground and cut her forearm, and tried to physically kick her out of the residence.

The woman told police she was nine weeks pregnant and that she had previously told Francois about the pregnancy, so "he should have known."

The woman said she did not want to press charges and told police she did not want Francois to get into "trouble trouble," but she wanted police to speak with him "to scare him a little."

Yep police did not make an arrest... the call on the field is no violence.... not enough evidence on the replay to overturn the call in the field.... I think he is telling the truth...
