I don’t think your chart is right. Everything I’ve ever seen breaks the Boomer/Gen X line at 1964/1965.View attachment 100758
I see this mistake being made over and over again on this site. The kids we are recruiting today are not Millenials They are Gen Z kids aka "Zoomers".
These are the kids that need to be coddled, stroked, & babied. The "Respect My Decision" generation.
I think the chart is wrong. I think this is accurate:I'd like to take that Millennial Chart, and wipe my *** with it...

I went from living with a last year of Baby Boom to marrying a first year Millennial.
Yes, I really wish I was a whiny little bytch about everything and hated cool cars and eating meat cooked rareOld heads envy millennials so bad. They wish they grew up with the internet. U don’t see millennials hating on Gen Z.
and generations are really defined by decades. So 90’s babies are millennials. I don’t consider 80’s babies millennials at all. ‘00s babies are Gen Z.
Yeah I’m an ADHD self-absorbed Gen Xer so I’m more focused on my shît and we definitely start in 1965. I’m 1966. My latest wife is 1981.I've seen a bunch of different charts and they don't deviate much from one another. Point was and still is that the kids we recruit today aren't millennials.

That said, yeah, the last 3?years have been Gen Z. This group of Z is similar to late Millennials just like early Gen X and late Boomers are similar, IMO. My kids are in middle and high school and they are definitely more like what I see as the Gen Z Description.
Labeling millennials “soft” is old heads go-to. It’s actually hilarious.Yes, I really wish I was a whiny little bytch about everything and hated cool cars and eating meat cooked rare
Honestly, there’s good and bad in everything. I have a Millennial working closely for me right now. He’s an ex Marine and college grad 30 year old and he’s awesome. I had another Millennial like that too who was great. I’ve also had the stereotypical Millennials and they’re annoying as fûck. And there are a lot of them.Old heads envy millennials so bad. They wish they grew up with the internet. U don’t see millennials hating on Gen Z.

I think it’s somewhat accurate in my generation.Lol @ self absorbed.
As a whole, people have gotten softer since WW2. Not having to fight for your life will do that. That doesn't mean all, but enough.Labeling millennials “soft” is old heads go-to. It’s actually hilarious.
“back in my day we wore leather helmets. There was no such thing as CTE. We were real men. Kids now days have too much padding in their helmet.”
