he'll skate because its fsu and they have always been favored by the media because they were the media's knight in the fight against Miami.

there was a report that he had been arrested at least twice down here as a minor.

From Mike Bianchi: "According to records from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement obtained by the Sentinel, Cook was arrested as a juvenile and charged with robbery in 2009. Prosecutors later opted to drop the case. Cook was also arrested and charged with firing a weapon and possessing a weapon at an event on school property in 2010, according to FDLE records. The third-degree felony charge was later dropped or abandoned."

this guys is toast, if not now then the next incident.

Cook also has had a few other incidents at FSU. This isn't his first go around. If he was at Miami he would of been gone with BB gun campus incident. And we dismiss kids who talk back to coaches and are not "culturally fit".

You mean like how Miami dismissed Al-Quadin Muhammad?

AQM was suspended a full semester for a fist fight... Let that sink in for a min. Jawand Blue and figs we gone when the first news paper article dropped. Finnie was gone for a laptop. Terry was gone for have a small sack of Mary J. This list is endless of players at Miami who get dismissed for literally nothing. if. We traded rosters with FSU, half the team would dismissed

Blue,Figs, & Finnie were no brainers, they should've definitely been kicked out.
That $h !t that Finnie did was just DUMB!...you're gonna steal something from somebody, and try to sell it back to em'?!...SMFH!

Thugs often win championships, but can rarely be controlled, so they soon begin running the asylum. Ask Urban Meyer.

While maybe even as recently as a month ago, we could be sure that nothing would happen to Cook, JW essentially left a curse on FSU, and the national media is all over them. FSU also has a new President who is a fundraiser, and this type of publicity isnt good for fundraising. I do think there is an even chance he is kicked off the team.

I think he will be back in lineup by the time we play fsu. The state attorney won't press this unless a video pops up.

I'm predicting a plea bargained, like 90% of criminal charges.

I read there was a charge ( Misd. Battery ), so he got booked (Friday), etc. out on bail?

FSU looking shady. Many alumni I know are ****ed about the players and the crime, but who knows what will happen.

That alumni outrage typically changes to a persecution complex once football season starts. It's not just FSU but clamors to clean up the program that might be perceived as embarrassing them and the school usually switches to anger at outsiders and media "unfairly" casting aspersions upon their school. Only here at our beloved Miami have we seemingly engaged in a ridiculously legitimate 20 year plus "clean-up".

he had alot of issues. it was basically a dismissal.

That Justin Rossi cat is a str8 up snitch. It doesn't matter though Cook is going to walk on this easy.

Rossi didn't snitch...the PCA says He saw somebody punch her, but at a later date, He couldn't identify Cook, or anybody that was with Cook.

Guess how I know that you're a snitch.

Yeah, what a straight up punk to even tangentially take the back of some stupid b*tch that got what was coming to her from a helpless football player just trying to get laid.
