OT: Cane Fan scamming people out of money

Y’all hated me , some probably still do lol

Crap man, 55% of the country hates Trump. He seems to be doing just fine. As Canes we all know that hate can be a measure of success. Wear it like a badge of honor.

Machete and ladder. There’s different kinds of palms, many close to the ground. For the midsize ones you need the ladder, for my tall coconut palms I pay people to cut and haul. Some of those low fūckers have like 6 inch thorn like things that will impale your hand. Hurts like shlt. TBH, I just do what the ball and chain tells me to do. I’m just a hired field hand and mule.

But to answer your question, it’s at the base, and then there’s this shlt you spray on it like you would a cut branch

Growing up, my parents hand acre lot with eight huge coconut palms, all tall mothers. Frigging coconut fell like bombs and embedded it whatever they hit. Some desease blight came along and killed them. Made me very happy.

Coconuts kill +/- 150 people a year... I cut down three that I had when they got too tall. I'm one of the 45% and I hate ND and UF and pedophiles more than anything. Peace.
Go Canes!

LMAO... my house is surrounded by palm lovers... they may be stylish but I hate them (the palms). I'm a mango freak with 7 five star cultivars. Well there are palm clusters bordering my lot... and, it seems that rats love to live in these clusters and come out at night to eat/ruin fruit while hanging on the tree. But I found a remedy, I bought a powerful pellet gun and I have become a sharpshooter with it. With a headlight flashlight I have put a hurting on them. But I still have other problems: opossums, racoons, squirrels, blue jays and woodpeckers... and killing them is prohibited.

Since I only give free money to my list of dependents... if you run into the vet at Publix, find out if he wants to make some good money getting rid of these pests... that is if his back can hold up.

An outdoor cat started hanging around the house, so my wife started feeding it. After she had her first litter, we sedated her and took her to the vet to get fixed. It’s strictly an outdoor cat, but her territory is around our house. Guess what..no rats, although I’ve never seen any from before, but better yet, no pain in the *** ducks or little ducklets coming to shlt on our pool deck and in the pool. I hate those things. Nasty shltting animals, plus they’re an invasive species anyway. Don’t belong in Florida.

Quess what... neighbors on both sides have cats, and they hang out in my yard. Thing is rats rarely are on the ground, they stay elevated on phone lines, fences, trees, etc. And they are quick, just like their squirrel cousin. Plus I have a zoo in the yard because I have yummy mangos, and I know all the animals think "they're to die for".
Hey at least your cat is effective with the Muscovy duck control... those things are very nasty!

How the fvck do I cut palm fronds?

Honestly my GF has a few date palms in her yard that are getting our of control and I just want to take a machete out there and go to work but she says there's a certain way you have to cut them. Of course she doesn't know what that certain way is.

There's a couple of tools that are useful for trimming palm fronds. You can use a pole saw, which is basically a chainsaw on a stick, some can extend upwards of 20 feet. They' cut fine but tend to leave a mess of palm tree "saw dust". You can also use a manual pruning saw which has a serrated blade more like a traditional carpenter's saw. They're a bit more labor intensive but make less mess and can be much cheaper than the gas powered chainsaw types. Echo used to make a nice, gas powered reciprocating saw that was perfect for trimming palms but for whatever reason, discontinued it.

As for how to cut them, you can really cut them any way but if you want to make them look nice, you have to trim each frond at the same angle so it doesn't look all hacked up. If that's the case, hire a tree service and pay them. It won't be cheap but it beats the hassle of trying to cut everything perfectly.

some dude that shows up to the big3rollup tailgates or whatever stupid **** the Storm Watch is and is involved with them in some way started asking all them for money, and them being either too nice or complete dip****s decided to "loan" this dude hundreds to thousands of dollars (miyayo chick said she gave him like $300 because he said he lost his job and needs help paying rent) with a grand total of over $15k. apparently he was telling everyone he lost his job and needed money to pay rent or that he needed money to invest in some **** like stocks or weed and that he'd get their money back "soon" once he tripled his money or some stupid ****.
Basically a pyramid scheme. He was paying some back crumbs just so they'd think he really is trying, and like gullible little idiots they didn't question **** until miyayo started getting ghosted after she was askingto get her money back and posted **** on twitter so others started DMing her telling her that dude did the same thing to them (which is how she added up to the total of over $15k)

....or something like that.

It's actually the definition of a ponzi scheme. You get people to give you money to invest in some "can't miss opportunity"and just keep their money. You give them back small amounts of it incrementally so they think they're making a profit but you just keep a majority of the money they gave you and disappear after a while.
