OT. Aaron Hernandez commits suicide in prison

Aaron Hernandez attempted to murder someone, shot him full of holes on the streets of Gainesville, but the Gainesville PD, the University of Florida, and Urban Meyer, covered it up. Don't believe me? Google it.

This happened while he was a player at the University of Florida

1000% true.

Btw, it's also kinda funny that the Pats are visiting the White House today too. I sooooo hope Trump mentions this.

Honestly, it's not some paranoid ramblings.

There is excellent circumstantial evidence that not only did Aaron Hernandez shoot and try to murder a guy on the streets of Gainesville, but that Urban Meyer, Jeremy Foley, and the UF athletic department were aware of it, had a documented meeting with the Gainesville PD about it, after which the investigation into his role in the shooting went away.

Even today there is some mention of his role in the Gainesville shooting.

Also, there are reports that another gator player was an accomplice with AH in the Gainesville shooting, I can't remember his name right now but it was an offensive lineman. Also there were reports of the Pouncey brothers somehow being involved

No, you're spot on and I'm aware of the story. This was/is one of the worst kept secrets in Gainesville. Completely swept under the rug as they were in the midst of their little run. Also, I was only half joking about Teblows before too. How is his reputation as some great leader not tarnished by this at all? Hernandez was apparently an out in the open violent lunatic while in college. He obviously was just smart enough to kinda separate that life from his teammates when he was in the NFL (aside from threatening Wes Welker's life) but that wasn't the case when he was a Gaytor.

It's amazing that they haven't done a documentary on this particular aspect of his background. Or at least some investigative reporting. There are a lot of people they could be taken down by this. Including Urban.

I think Urban is probably a tad nervous today. This type of **** tends to come out from the grave.

Check out this quote today about AH, from that gator piece of shīt Mike Pouncey:

"Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey, a college teammate of Hernandez's, said on Instagram: 'To my friend my brother! Through thick and thin right or wrong we never left each other's side. Today my heart hurts as I got the worse news I could have imagined.'

He added: 'It was just a day ago we shared our last convo. I will forever miss you and love you bro. we will meet again rest easy!' "

That POS Pouncey could have at least mentioned the victims. But no, he's just feeling sorry for that murdering gangster Aaron Hernandez.

I mean this whole story is one of the strangest stories in the history of sports to me.

You have a guy who is mad talented, rich and has a promising future. He wasn't really hood from birth but embraced that life later and decided to basically murder people over trivial minor ****.

It makes zero ****in sense still.

He was a practiced sociopath. I'm not sure how many of us are serious about it, but alot of it really does fall under the culture of entitlement Urban Meyer expanded (bc it was already bad when he got there) at UF. These guys were walking Gods on Campus who got away with pretty much anything (still shocked Cam Newton was one of the few who got away).

Meyer all but help cover up attempted murders for this guy. He thought he was invincible. He was wrong.

Even sure this was actually a suicide?
He didnt leave a note. He seemed like he didnt actually care that he killed someone and was full of himself and being a badass with a "gangster" image. Doesnt sound like someone that would hang themselves to me

According to the report, he had barricaded himself in his one person cell. Kind of hard for someone else to have done that.

He "tried" to

Honestly, most people call the 80's Hurricanes the bad boys of college football but those guys were saints compared to Gators under Urban Meyer.

It really is a joke rooted in envy and racism. We were never truly bad boys off the field. Most of those guys have gone on to lead productive and positive lives post-UM. Meanwhile, you have dudes at Oklahoma, Nebraska, and PSU just name a few literally raping people and getting away with it.

A well done 30 For 30 on Hernandez is Urb and Gainesville's worst nightmare. Bob Kraft would come off looking like a complete dupe too.

As for the Pouncey idiots- It's kinda telling that the one that plays for the Fins put out a public statement from which no good can come. The one that plays for the better run organization seemingly knows to keep his mouth shut.

IF EspiN had any heart or pulse whatsoever they would do a 30 for 30 on this stat!

Not sure why folks are shocked by this. He killed himself so that his family does not have to pay civil penalties to the Lloyd, de Abreu, Furtafo, and Bradley families. Those people are now victims a second time thanks to Hernandez. Classless gator in life, and classless gator in death.

His estate would still be liable I believe.

Only logical explanation for suicide is this crazy Mass. law, he just protected his assets for the kids... (He was probably murdered)

"Mr. Hernandez’s death means his murder conviction will be vacated under a centuries-old legal doctrine enshrined in Massachusetts’ criminal case law.

“Aaron Hernandez goes to his death an innocent man under the eyes of the law,” said Martin W. Healy, chief legal counsel for the Massachusetts Bar Association, adding, “It’s as if the case never existed.”

Under the doctrine, known as “abatement ab initio,” criminal convictions are essentially nullified if a person dies before they have a chance to complete the process of appealing it, Mr. Healy said. ”The principal behind this legal doctrine is the individual has not had the ability to clear their name,” he said.

The little-known doctrine has erased several well-known criminal convictions over the years. When Ken Lay, the CEO of Enron, died of a heart attack in 2006 before his sentencing for fraud, the doctrine erased his criminal record and meant the government lost access to $44 million he was supposed to forfeit for restitution."

Victims can still sue his estate for wrongful death. Acquittal in criminal court has no effect on civil trial.
Different legal standard- reasonable doubt vs preponderance (aka more likely than not). OJ not guilty of murder, but found liable for wrongful death, which basically bankrupted him. The estate of the deceased can still be sued, he can actually still be found liable for wrongful death of the two victims despite the finding of not guilty in criminal court.

I mean he's from freaking Bristol- the home of eSECpn.

So apparently he appealed the Lloyd conviction.. killing himself before the judge ruling tosses the case. Just got acquitted for double murder as well so this mother ****** died legally innocent

Took the easy way out like a punk and did so during the appeal for that reason I bet
