Probably received a lateral offer with some money added to it.

I have the opinion that Dawson wants to have more personnel control over the staff that works under him. And I can see and understand why. The Air Raid isn't something where coaches just can be plugged in. There has to be an understanding of what is schematically happening all the time. We had issues with RBs dancing and missing holes all season and that is coaching.

I Saw Manny Diaz and his crew and they did their usual thing inviting people up to their suite with a cooler of beer in the middle of the after party. Had a few beers with a friend who is now on Florida's staff and his buddy from when they were both at GT.... who is apparently UF's pass game coordinator... I was talking **** about them bringing in Philo to be their guy too. I was thinking he was just another off-field type guy.

First time I had never seen a Miami staffer there. This was also the first time we've been playing this late in the year LOL

LOL. This gives me Michael Scott vibes. If any Office fans out there, it's the scene at the convention where Michael invites everyone to his room and no one comes.
