Dude I honestly don't know. I have no knowledge of what went down regarding the show cause. If our admin feels comfortable with it in light of our recent history than I wouldn't worry about it.

But but we need a recruiter! We need a guy that understands South Florida recruiting! LOL Could you imagine the look on the faces of the SoFl HS head coaches that are shilling for Mario if Chip Kelly was hired? Priceless!

The best part about Kelly is that guys like gim, JJ, Patterson, Briles are all of the same recruiting philosophy. They don't waste time trying to beg the 5 star kid to come. They take all the fast guys and teach them to play football. Saves a ton of time that now gets spent on actual football stuff, and the staff doesn't have to be filled with the likes of Ice Harris, James Coley, and Larry Scott.

Just the thought of having a real coaching staff with brains and balls get my needle moving. All those primadona SoFla corches will be more frustrated than Robert Downey Jr with a nose full of Sweet N'Low when they realize Kelly doesn't need to play along with their little ***** games. I think we have all had enough of the tail wagging the dog.

So in your mind, Butch Davis and Al Golden, with their NCAA mess clean up skills, have qualities Pete could never have. LMFAO. U r grasping at straws. No sane fan would chose Butch over Chip.

Chip Kelly took over a program that was winning 9-11 games regularly.

Oregon wasn't a 9-11 win program before Chip took over. They had a few good years and a lot of mediocre years.

I love Chip Kelly. Think he would kill it in Miami. I also think Butch would destroy people if he came back to Miami and assemble a great staff. Not sure why you can't like both equally. Bottom line, I'd take either in a heartbeat.
