On Myson Johnson-Cook

Imagine being an Auburn team who only has two commits and saying to yourself….yeah…let’s blow our wad on a Running Back. This is literally low level football operations on their end.

Let him go get some burn at Auburn, because he wasn’t getting it this year here anyways. We can always just take him from Auburn next year.

That is the mentality. Let other teams overpay and prep for us if we want to spend wisely on positions that aren’t of need.
Cook the person he is , will blow the money on his entourage without question.

He’ll over extended himself and get a bunch of women pregnant, taking his talents for granted.

Auburn is surrounding Cook with nothing, I wonder why Bama, Sooners and Texas all backed off this dude , look at the second level schools were left not counting us.

Think about that, this kid is no good now he’s with a team that’s no good.

A PERFECT FIT
You seem to know more about the kid than I do.

I will definitely take your word on this one though.

And as someone who rode the train through East St. Louis everyday for years….this kid more than likely needs structural support from players and coaches. He’s not going to get that at our level at Auburn.

Wish him and anyone luck coming out of there though. Tough place to live.

He probably was a product of illegitimate parents probably no father around.

His parents played a part in his formation and probably messed his head up which 💰💰💰💰.

He should have committed to Miami when he was here but he was blinded by 💰💰💰.

Did you watch his commitment ceremony, it was atrocious there was no love or warmth at all ICE COLD .

He took his Miami offer to auburn told them beat this with a couple cars maybe incidentals for his parents… DONE .

He abandoned himself and his dream of breaking free of his misguided life.

First off, if we don’t get Matthews he just didn’t want to be here. IMO he is this years Cantwell NIL wise. We won’t be outbid. (Within reason). So MJC has nothing to do with MM. The budgets are not the same. We didn’t break the bank on Baxter, Jerrick Gibson, Cooper or MJC. You guys need to just understand we won’t go big on a HS RB. Just won’t happen.

Second, I don’t blame any of these kids for taking the money and the highest bidder. Because like you all have said..you really don’t know. What if you get injured? What if you bust? Bird in the hand, worth two in the bush. He’s a millionaire now. (I assume). Making it to the NFL would be great but he still got life changing money. Now he’s gotta earn it.

It’s clear it’s a money thing with this kid. And, maybe he needs the money. East St. Louis is a ROUGH place. God bless him. If he sticks with Auburn he’ll be making a bad decision. That’s life.

Listen,

I'm not going to act like it's not a loss

But I'm not paying 7 figures for a young man that isn't Barry Sanders. I wish him well✌🏿

Remember the meltdowns over Baxter and Gibson. Both underwhelmed at Texas and transferred. Another reason not to break the bank on a RB. We will see how Cooper does there.

NCAA made all this 💰💰💰 , it’s out of hand and will get worse and never better.

Like Cook , look what 💰 did to him with no tough love from parents, there just h ad ppy there rich , for now very fleeting.

Unfortunately, that’s the majority nowadays.

A great OL DL makes everyone look good and play good !
It was proven again this year , we proved it!

Any RB will look great when a 4-5 foot hole opens and stays open and visa versa for the DL.

Cook is NOT go to have huge holes, SEC DL will be pumped to stuff Cook what a shocker awaits Cook know where to run.

Chick and I played Palmetto with a Power 5 RB named Gilmore a monster tailback.
We didn’t GIVE A HOOT,

Chick and I said “wait till they get a load of us” , I think Palmetto had 30 yards rushing in about 25 plus carries, man they were foolish.

He was a 150-200 per game RB

There OL was no match they had no LECHE, us both we nasty up front lololol

We bloodied that dude

Imagine Cook against champions caliber DL LOLOL
Love who is a great RB prospect looked like a JAG vs elite DL's. Throughout the SEC dominant years all those good backs vs Bamas DL would look regular, as long as we get the elite trenches no one will matter unless they are generational. But if we have the same generational RB it would take this offense to heights we have not seen since the 4 horseman.

I’m doubtful that the list of human beings, at his size, who have run sub 10.5 100ms is more than the single digits. Hopefully we circle back as the year goes on.

Really hope we don’t have two rbs before the summer ends because like others mentioned, auburn has a tough road ahead of them. Get Keys in the fold and try to flip MJC with the same effort given to Jacobs and Bryant.

🙌, amazing insight , thank you , how these kids miss out on becoming legendary, to look at our OL DL and say naw I’m good I’ll go to a nothing team and make a name for myself.

Yet we saw Dolphins look a the most dominating player in CFB well grounded ( did you listen to Bain Bucs interview absolutely amazing) and saw NAW WE GOOD , we need a 3rd round OT instead of.

Bucs we’re looking for someone else an Bain showed.
GM and HC said we got a generational DE here in our lap , **** YEAH WE WANT BAIN !

Can’t let this guy pass us by CFB BEST PLAYER.

We got 3-4 more rounds THEN THEY SELECTED

KIONTE at CB from Canes 4.3 speed shut down corner ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BUCS DRAFT.

What’s do LOLOL they weren’t looking for neither LMAO.

Is in an instant posed for NFC championship run , dolphins had ALL THAT and passed.

Sorry for the high jack 🥴
