At my age, I just try to make sure my nuts aren't hitting the floor. Hurts when the spotter doesn't see them and steps on them.

I live in La Jolla, Ca.

When dudes I know are told they have to wait 8, 9, or 10 months to get surgery many of them look into stem cells in Tijuana.

If you aren't familiar with TJ you may immediately disregard it as laughable. Many people travel to Tijuana to get dental work, plastic surgery, and theres now a rapidly growing stem cell industry sprouting.

It's very inexpensive to get to Tijuana and I've never heard of anybody paying more than 10 grand for stem cell work.

Food for thought.
