Is this a joke question? The immediate exit fee (without any negotiations) is $168M if we leave for the 2026 season, declines by $18M each season thereafter. ALSO the exit fee will be challenged in the event a large # of teams are leaving. If there is an announcement that the SEC is poaching FSU / Clemson / UNC / UVA .... no way the fee remains that high for anybody else leaving. Even without negotiating the exit fee ... it is NOT payable in one lump sum ... but over 3-5 years ... a bargain to be OUT of the ACC and into the big leagues for RECRUITING and EXPOSURE. Pays for itself.

Absolutely nothing to do with play calling.
I get very weary of young coaches and whether they can close on elite talent or not.
I know he just got here. But if we are spending all this cash then it’s only right to be critical.
If we don’t start landing the same players as the uga’s and osu’s of the world it won’t matter if he can call a defense like a pro.

Us “not closing” on elite talent is his fault? Interesting route to take but if you say so big dawg!!!!

Extremely Petty! More often than not, these kids are playing a game. Its recruiting man, it happens. To judge the DC over a player grossly overvaluing himself is egregious.

Only time will tell if my sense of smell is being affected by my age.
A lot of defensive players still on the board for 26.
