Do NOT get me wrong. Jackson clearly in another universe as far as accomplishments but remember toward the end of his tenure with the Knicks? All of the reporting was that the triangle offense was out of date and that Phil couldn't relate or talk to the modern day superstar, Kristaps, LeBron, Melo etc.

That's what we are seeing right now with Richt! His pro style offense is completely out of date and our recruiting class is falling a part down the stretch with decommitments and legacy recruits going elsewhere. 5 star RB Lingard who was reduced to punt protection coverage before blowing his knee out in practice is sending tweets across the bow about bringing Kelly Bryant in and Jarren is agreeing with him.

Not only has the game passed him by but Richt does not have the ability to communicate/relate to the modern day athlete now.
