Still tbd on brock but yea he should have been able to beat out lofton/bauman, im sure its because of blocking

Man I’d rather chop up the inexperience… granted it works “okay” with cooper and cici. They’ll see crazy amount of stunts, blitzes and fakes

McCoy, Buchanan, Rodriguez, Pancake, Cantwell

Meriweather, SJ(center) first ones off the bench

I like that line because experience is spead out on both sides to help out calling protections and helping out.

How do you see the OL shaking out? I imagine its gonna be some combo of okunlola, mccoy. Rodriguez and cantwell...not sure exactly which spots they'll play. Curious who the other guy will be...maybe Buchanan, maybe meriweather. Still holding out hope an impact OL starter graduates and magically enrolls at miami in the summer if they dont like what they see from the OL in the spring

You got Wilkerson listed twice (tier 3 & 4). Probably meant Campbell for tier 4

McCoy Okunlola,RR, Buchanon Cantwell

Merriweather could be in there somewhere but that’s the five I’d expect unless something changes like a gt. Depth is my biggest concern. We’ll be depending on a few freshmen .
 
We are in really good shape if Max locks that spot in. Really good shape. If he doesn’t, we could have a small problem. Minaya it’s been reported has really impressed too. Need one of the two to hit.

Put Merriweather in as a blocking TE
 
-Weakest position group on the team, and average at best: Change my mind
-Too many projections: Can McCoy play LT? Can Cantwell step into RT immediately? Can Buchanan play RG?

McCoy was always intended to be a tackle in long term. He’s a former tight end which had good feet. Being 6’7 playing inside he could lose leverage at times which is another reason most viewed him as a tackle when he arrived. Merriweather reminds me some of bell. Big guy that’s never had great coaching but he’s a tad raw. I’d expect guard with him but nothing would shock me at tackle. Either side. **** pancake could kick outside. I’d just lean McCoy and Cantwell today. Tbh I hope we add another guy later that’s a grad transfer.

Now the question is how do you feel about that group? Can we win a championship w them? I love this 26 squad everywhere but OL is giving me some pause. I know we have the best guys in Cristobal and Mirabal to figure it out but I def will be curious how they look come spring
