CMac criminally underrated by this fanbaseWhat I would give to have Spence and McCarthy right now.

Spence was such a beast. The last true Miami LB we have had including Shaq. The way he played, the speed he played with, the way he looked on the field, everything about him was what you think of when you think of a Miami LB.
Just seen this post.Forgetting Perryman. But the overall point we need better LBs is spot on. I don’t think we should count on Pruitt until he proves to be Spence level good. Go get a proven baller and then see if Pruitt steps up to win snaps.
He’s in the conversation. Mauigoa is the best NFL prospect and a monster. He’s probably the guy you take.
Need a lot more of thoseHe’s in the conversation. Mauigoa is the best NFL prospect and a monster. He’s probably the guy you take. But Lofton does everything at a high level. He can run routes, catch, run the ball, and block.
Those two are championship players.
No, dude was an arm tackling machine and if you ever had to deal with his crap on campus, you’d understand why a lot of people weren’t sad to see him leave.CMac criminally underrated by this fanbase
He got nailed with some weak calls last year. Dude was called for holding multiple times for merely mauling a guy. It was like the ref couldn’t believe that someone could get whipsawed like that without a penalty taking place…Future NFLer yes, but let's hope the holding calls decrease this year.
No one forgets Spence or PerrymanNo, dude was an arm tackling machine and if you ever had to deal with his crap on campus, you’d understand why a lot of people weren’t sad to see him leave.
Was he talented? Yes, but he thought he was the second coming of Dan Morgan, and wasn’t even close. Compare him to Denzel Perryman, who was not only a better player, but a better human being. Sean Spence is more the forgotten guy, he was a nasty, nasty football player that you could always depend on. It was a shame he was wasted by incompetent staffs.
Spence was elite. I don’t know if he’s forgotten by our fan base. His name is often mentioned in the posts for most underrated or under appreciated players. No, dude was an arm tackling machine and if you ever had to deal with his crap on campus, you’d understand why a lot of people weren’t sad to see him leave.

Agreed. That’s all I was sayingSpence was elite. I don’t know if he’s forgotten by our fan base. His name is often mentioned in the posts for most underrated or under appreciated players.
While CMAC was not on Spence’s (or Perryman’s) level, he was still very good. The sad fact is that CMAC has been our 3rd or 4th best linebacker in the last 15 years. Behind Spence, Perryman, and maybe Quarterman. Just shows how far our lb play has fallen. Really hoping Heatherman can put a stop to that this year.
The music I hear on these highlights just keep getting funnier. Guy sounds like the first track your boy makes on his garage band after he tells you he started rapping
KP was quality, issue was that he was surrounded by mediocrity and the culture was rotten by that point.Agreed. That’s all I was saying
We have some players like that over the years that were on the heels of so much greatness that they get overlooked for their play. Kenny Phillips kinda fit that mold to me as well. Not comparing KP to CM just saying
After a few years we kinda looked back and were like well KP wasn’t ST or Ed but **** he was good here
