I've done that for a job. They flew me up to Glasgow twice - after the second interview I got a horrible vibe about it (mainly the CEO) and pulled out.

Well, I feel like we dodged a bullet with this one. However it could lead to one of two things. One just being that he knew he wasn't getting the job. Or two being that he didn't like what he heard. Number two could end up being a problem in hiring an experienced ad if they are telling them they already have a coach on deck or making it sound like they must get this coach if they are hired. Not sure what ad would want to walk into that situation.
