Where's that screenshot of our defense trying to defend GT on the goal line with LB's half way in the endzone?
That's the defense he has ALWAYS ran. It's what he was schooled in and it's what he's used at every coaching stop in his career. Maybe he makes a drastic shift in his defensive philosophy but there's no real reason to believe he's going to be doing anything completely different than what he has done his entire coaching career. He will do a good job as long as he doesn't run the Al Groh 3-4, which sunk him at Miami. This board can't wrap their heads around him being successful running something else. His success will bring out weekly entertainment from the morons.
And I thought Marcus Freeman wanted to succeed…
WTF…Is it to Late to put Nortedame on the schedule…I want peen st and nortedame on the schedule right Now..Line that issh up
No doubt his HC and NFL experience will be an asset to first time HC Freeman.ND might be a better fit for the type of defense he wants to run. Plus, Freeman needs experience on that staffs. The HC and OC are both very young with limited experience.
Even more props to Mario!!!! They get Baker, Diaz, and Golden. We got Steele.Blake and Golden being hired.. shows there just isn’t much talent in the DC pool to pick from.
