If the pirate came here, he wouldnt have to recruit, once guys see that offense clicking here, they'll start staying home. What people dont realize is this, and ill say it again, the rebuild has to be done with the culture here, not the players. Coach richt was brought it back, guys playing and having fun again doing it, he's a proven coach, got guys all in the nfl, his resume spoke for itself. When you got an administration worried about a strong personalitied coach, that's how you know you got phaggots in the administration. Plus he's a lawyer, flake james wouldnt stand a chance with the pirate, he'd be a perfect fit here cause he has the right mindset to coach our players and wont settle for mediocrity.

When a headcoach starts talking about how good a team practiced before the actual game, that's normally not a good sign and its always unecessary and its actually dumb to do, especially once the game is lost. We wont be hearing how good we practiced from the pirate, in fact this is what we'll hear and this is what we they need, the soft **** at UM needs to end:

This **** cracks me up.

Why is it that Leach gets passed over for EVERY SINGLE MAJOR HEAD COACH JOB? Is every big-time school just too TIMID?

Not just UM. There have been at least a dozen high-level openings over the past decade. Georgia, UF, Auburn, Penn State, ND, USC, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Texas come to mind immediately. Not to mention the great 2nd-tier places like Tennessee, Michigan State, Washington, Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin, Tex A&M, South Carolina, Arkansas, UCLA, etc.

So why is it that Leach is always relegated to the 3rd-tier schools like Tex Tech and Wazzu?
We're becoming like a 4th tier JV school so why not hire leach and bring in a badass DC
