and he'll be a worse player because of it

he may still get drafted higher, but he's not going to be pushed in practice or games against that level of competition. this dude needs to go to a big program and get pushed to be better against bigger comp.

terrible for the game, but glad if it did happen that it happened to fsu

So Alabama and Georgia getting 10-15 five stars put together is good for the sport?

I don’t think it’s all that improbable. Deion is an icon in football, he will get paid ridiculously and he’ll dominate at FCS with good/‘great’? coaching from one the best DB’s ever. He can always transfer to a big school when Deion leaves.

So only the rich should get richer? No, this is great for the game. NIL could be the great equalizer.

This is great for college football. Black kids going to HBCUs and helping the Black community is how Black community starts to build the right way
Speak it into existence CN40

It's cheating when Bama, A&M, Clemson, Ohio State and all the rest pay to sign top black recruits, but folks accept it cause that's how the game has worked since schools figured out signing black players made their teams better.

But a top kid picks an HBCU — which have been serving black people for like 100 years or more — and all of a sudden it's a travesty that's gonna wreck CFB.

If people can't see the hypocrisy and paternalism in that mindset, there's not much to say.

Just wish since Travis Hunter was set on going the HBCU route, he would've picked Bethune-Cookman instead of Jackson State.

FSU twitter space has 6K listeners and tons of blue check marks listening....including Big Cat from Barstool....this is glorious.

How is one player going to lower level program bad for football but all the elite players going to the same four school perfectly fine and good for the sport?
I personally don’t mind him going to a lower level school. But we have to be honest and know that he would never go there if it weren’t for Barstool and their millions. Why didn’t Barstool pay him millions to go to FSU?
