No John Lilly

Just let this all play out and see who Richt hires, he will get some good/maybe great coach's and he will miss on some, the misses are going to be on things he can't control ( families not wanting to move to South Florida) not on him as a coach

Hey, we didn't flip out.

We'll probably win some Coastals - it's a pretty sorry division.

We'll win some ACC titles on occasion, and that seems to be just fine with everyone. Except for a few of us.

But you guys look like you're trying to prep everyone for some inexplicable losses, and trying to cut off any criticism.

Maybe you're not that confident in your boy.

There is only one thing that concerns me. Richt likely wants to surround himself with clean, faith and family-oriented guys. Those types are not always a natural fit in Miami.

Personally, I want guys like Ed Orgeron. All he cared about was recruiting, watching film, living on Brickell Key, chasing women and generally going harder than a Russian.

It was one of the reasons I liked the idea of BBB. Because for the most part ***** had a history of drawing talented assistants and coordinators to work for him.

That wasn't directed at you. The mass exodus on Richt after his first loss will come from the perennial overreactors, the butch guys are a drop in the bucket.
 
The majority of people on this site probably have not taken the time to read Lilly's bio yet bash him.

Seriously. I live in the area. If your making 400k you can live really nice down here. If guys aren't taking the job it's not the cost of living. It could be lifestyle or it could be they like the south. Whatever. There are plenty of good coaches available if your willing to pay.

Rescue Jim Leavitt from Colorado and make him DC. Hire Curtis Johnson as WR coach. Bring back Solly for RB coach, even if he does not want to go out and recruit. Get the Mizzu guy at DL coach.
