Completely possible. He mentioned that being his goal when asked about him having the play-calling job for the bowl game.

He may have gotten an opportunity to call plays for another school, and the money Miami may have offered might not be enough of an offset?

I really have no idea as I have zero sauces in any camp... I just think it's strange that none of his coaches from UGA are following him. It's actually surprising as I kept hearing what a great guy he is to work for.

Simple as country vs City. And most of his coaches will have other opportunities if they are decent.

BMAC and Lilly aren't coming based upon location....their families didn't want to move to South Florida. Simple as that. And McClendon got paid slightly more at Carolina

There is only one thing that concerns me. Richt likely wants to surround himself with clean, faith and family-oriented guys. Those types are not always a natural fit in Miami.

Personally, I want guys like Ed Orgeron. All he cared about was recruiting, watching film, living on Brickell Key, chasing women and generally going harder than a Russian.

That's a good question. I sure hope they were his plan As because if they were his fall backs, Richt be scrambling now. Howevah, if they were his Plan As, why did it take so long for them to say no thanks? The answer to that question may indicate they were his plan Bs.

I think those guys wanted to stay at uga. Richt had to wait for kirby smart to make decisions on them.

Could be they came down and checked out Miami and ran it by the family and they decided no go. Could be as simple as that.

Like I said in another post, hopefully Richt will stumble into some of those maniacs after all his hayseed UGA guys turn him down.
