I like Matt Campbell. Self made man. Turned down a New England Patriots job offer to stay at bowling green (loyalty). Coached in a P5 conference. Coached oline (YES). Played TCU and OU close and beat WVU.

Hopefully he’s still around when we actually need to make a hire because I don’t see that happening for a while
 
No seriously though asking who we want to be the next HC is futile.

We won't be getting a new HC until 2022 at the earliest. Absolute earliest.

UM has already paid so much money in corching contract buyouts that we won't get rid of Rich until the very tail end of his contract.

By 2022 there will be a whole new crop of HC candidates. The guys that are prime candidates now will already be whooping *** somewhere else by the time it's our turn at the trough.

He beat TCU and OU last season. He has three wins over Top 10 teams in his last 20 games.

No issues putting Campbell at the top of of the list. He won’t be at Iowa State long.

Had no idea Babers is the same age as CoRch Rix.

Also...Cuse's total offense rankings under him:

2018 = 14th

2017 = 23rd

2016 = 42nd


I was meh on him before, now I'm interested.

Campbell is my #1 pick as well basing on realistically who would be available.
 
You people are crazy. Golden’s teams put up 30+ a game and everyone wanted a defense. Now u get defense. And say we need offense. I understand we all want both. If CMR can just swallow his pride and hire an Offensive mind we would be great. He’s the perfect CEO. Also we need a god **** QB

We have one. Jarren Williams. He just isn't starting because Rick has a love affair with Rosier.

Jason Candle from Toledo and Neal Brown from Troy are also interesting candidates that are already HCs

Ideal scenario is Matt Campbell and Briles. Manny can stay I guess but I wouldn't even blink if he was out the door.
