I'm pro Mario, but not a Mario Nazzie. I like many other intelligent and rational Canes fans believe not having or announcing a DC or OC at this late hour is concerning. IMO someone torpedoed Miami by letting the salaries of coordinators get out thus Miami has been played by more than a few guys feigning interest just to get a raise or extension. Just my take on it.

I’m not sad, I just think taking this long to hire coordinators is a bit ridiculous. Ultimately I trust Mario but this is most definitely not an ideal situation. Having it drag out this long has no positives, all it does is cause uncertainty. IMO

I love how we just pretend the whole football world stops when Miami needs a OC/DC. As though candidates don’t have a schedule to work around both professionally and personally to set up interviews etc.

So what exactly changes positively or negatively if the hires are named tomorrow or not made tomorrow ?

No hire: what’s the negative?

Hire: what’s the positive?

Lastly what’s the timeline that acceptable for CIS?..3 weeks after he’s hired? 5 weeks? What’s a reasonable timeline for cis..for future reference
