Hes sort of what Malik Bryant is...we still could use it as pre injury he has some juice and obviously will be really good moving forwarded and blitzing.

If you guys think he is a mike thats lining up the d or Kiko type he aint really that.

Yea in this defense Bryant is a DE. Toure played Sam at Rutgers. Their base was 4-2-5 but used 4-3 a lot with toure playing at the line of scrimmage. Even used 3-3-5 at times with him at that jack. He did play some Mike and will too so hetherman must feel he can do it

Yes but terminology aside, Bryant lines up at the weak side DE position right? Isn't that what Jack LB basically amounts to? We run a base 4-2-5 so where is the Jack LB in the alignment? Is the Jack a stand up DE? When we play with a Jack does it look like we are in a 3 man front because the Jack is standing up? Fans would see that alignment and think that we are running a 3-3-5 because the Jack looks like a 3rd LB. Am I getting warm here?

They called it rush at Minnesota. And it’s basically just a stand up DE
