Banda is a better coach & recruiter than Rumph. Go and look at the Safetys that Banda has recruited and then compare them to what Rumph does on the trail. Banda gets highly recruited Safetys every single yr. Finley, Carter, Hall, Keontra, Bolden, Harrell, and potentially Avantae. That's all Banda. Its actually comical that retarded fans who are clueless actually think that they are equally bad. There's no comparison between the two. Night & day difference

Elder and Michael Jackson are barely hanging on in the league (practice squads)

Same with Colbert and pretty sure he’s playing Safety now anyways

Bandy hasn’t really gotten that much better and Ivey looked lost at times this year

Any chance the Cane's will move on from him? He doesn't develop any of our CBs. He rarely puts our CBs in the NFL and when he does they are late draft picks. Our CBs have poor technique and constantly have their back turned when the ball is in the air. He's a poor recruiter tbh... He just lost a recruiting battle to UCF and the only CB we have in this class is Marcus Clark who is converting from WR. It wouldn't effect our class if we moved on from him. It might be the perfect time in my opinion

He hasn't regressed. Bandy isn't a pure just lockdown corner. On top of that they rarely used him at nickel this year which is his natural position. Imo his money position is nickel or safety.

He’s obviously a clear failure as a recruiter.

I think that our CBs are poor in coverage relative to their talent level.

I also think that there’s not enough emphasis on pure speed, short area quickness and hip fluidity in our talent evaluation and too much emphasis on size
