My biggest issue with Harley was he never fought for the ball. Those photos make it look like he realizes he was too soft with contested balls. Based on 2020, he's still only #2 college WR on a good P5 program.. If he's fixed his drops and he starts battling contested throws, then I'll believe he's got the juice.
