We've literally seen hundreds of QB's with arm talent who sucked.
Morris had a **** rocket attached to his shoulder.

You don't need someone who can "make all the throws"...you need someone who can make all the RIGHT throws, protect the ball and manage the offense.

Tom Brady won Super Bowls throwing 7 yard routes.

As President of the Stephen Morris fan club, I will not allow badmouthing of Morris. Morris was great in Fisch's offense. He got saddled with James Coley in 2013 who was a massive step down from Fisch. Morris blew up his ankle at the beginning of the 2013 season and probably should have sat out multiple games (if not the whole season). Not only was he hobbled but he lost Rashawn Scott early on, then Dorsett at midseason, and most devastating of all, was Duke Johnson at the halfway point in the season.

I wasn’t only talking about arm talent, im just talking about him as a high level passer.

Brady could make any throw, very underrated arm talent.

You mentioned leadership and moxy, give me arm talent,accuracy and iq over that kinda ****.
 
There is more than one way to win.
Marino hands down to me probably the best arm ever.

But Montana was smaller and could never make the throws Marino did.
One has a few more trophies.

Vic on every Sunday was the fastest most dynamic, most elusive, player on the field 95% of the time. And he had a really strong arm.

Brady would likely get lost without a gps in a 3 cone drill and would get caught by a toddler.
But he has quite few rings.

One the best high school qb films you’ll ever see belongs to Allen Iverson. Never played one game of college football.

Qb is all about being able to see the game in slow motion and getting the ball to the right guy at the right time consistently and accurately.

No one can predict if someone will adapt to the next level wether it’s high school to college or college to the pros.

But a successful college qb should be able to translate to another team and even then sometimes it doesn’t work out.

That kid would LOVE to play at Miami too.
And he has the intangibles that TVD doesn't have. He's more athletic, a better leader, tougher and has the moxy you want in a QB.

I hope we can get him. Ive watched some Tulane games and each one he gives the team a chance to win and they fight for him. That tells it all to me.

4-4 at best.

This Offense is predicated on making throws that require arm talent & timing.

Rosier had neither of those things.

Oddly enough, he probably would’ve been best suited for Gattless’s Offense, but in this scheme you have to be able to make throws to all sides of the field & you have to hit windows that aren’t always wide open.
