Miami's Administration Has Failed the Football Program for a LONG Time

UNC. It's no different than Freeze, and Tressel as well. Public perception was Butch ran a dirty program at UNC and was fired for it. Exonerated by the NCAA, but still condemned by public opinion.
Meanwhile the Urban Meyer's of the world are still in demand. The fact that Butch accomplished what he did at Miami is enough to get him blackballed. The hypocrisy is unreal.

The admin being cheap over Butch's contract extension was likely the biggest blunder in the history of UM sports. The school was still extremely cheap at that time relative to other big time programs. They knew that Butch was commanding significant attention for other positions. The football program was absolutely rolling and the players conduct on the field was exemplary. What an epic blunder on the part of the admin that they didn't step up a little bit and keep that going.

It wasn't until Mark Richt that the school really opened the purse strings & started paying competitive amounts for a HC. That led to a 10-win season and the IPF.

The current AD and his staff have done a very poor job setting the football program up for success. Football has simply way underperformed during the current AD's tenure. Jankovich was incredibly shrewd (particularly with his hiring of HCs). There is no question that the AD plays a huge role in setting the stage for success. Blake James simply is not getting it done. Not even close. A program with 5 fairly recent National Championships, a beautiful campus, good academics, South Beach and extremely fertile recruiting grounds right on its doorstep should never be sub-500....ever.

Anyone with a stated goal of diversity is always at odds with the goal of being the best.
Only looks that way through the tiny eye holes in the white sheets you wear.
All 5 of our championship teams were pretty darn "diverse"...and all 5 were "the best". So there's some correlation.
Yes, klansmen hate that stuff (we know what the code whistle words mean), but those are the facts. The Canes have been quite "diverse" since Howard...and that's a great thing.

I am a protected class minority. If the best happen to be diverse, great. You don’t go in saying let’s not hire the best if they aren’t diverse. Call that racist if you want. I disagree.

You're another sobbing snowflake. "Diversity" is here to stay since you lost in 1865. Deal with it. That includes the Canes.
Your arguments are like pro-se litigant arguments I see on occasion. They make no logical sense which make them hard to respond to. Thus, I will leave it.

Btw I do plaintiffs side civil rights litigation against government and businesses. My clients would disagree with your assertions.

But I have to not take the bait of your next slanderous response. So, I will block you.

Take your 95%er "diversity" and stick it where the sun don't shine. Btw, your anti-"diversity" hero Lee surrendered like a little bytch
