Does anyone really know what AHs vision is? What his philosophy is? What we should look for in a coach, offense and defense?
He's succeeding at the pro level, but what does he know about succeeding at the college level (not questioning just asking a question)?
One of the biggest things holding this program back is that it is always living in the past.
"It worked in the 80s and 2000s, so It'll work now"
AH is a figure from the past and these types seem firmly tied to doing it the old way because that's how they made their legacy....
Not realizing that what made this program great was always being ahead of its time.
Would be nice to hear his thoughts on CFB, where it is now and where it is going, and what he envisions for this program. How to bridge the resource gap this private school has, etc.
I'd hate to hire a dude who isn't forward thinking and we got a lot of those surrounding the program.
I've spoken to too many people who've witnessed this season and still think "we just need to recruit some big boys from the midwest, line up in the I and just maul people"
