Man Manny waiting vetting OCs and might still be in jeopardy.
No way Blake James hires Alonzo Highsmith for any role. James would want a scapegoat, not a guy capable of replacing him.
That chief of staff position will only work if he DOESNT report to Blake and outranks him in terms of decision making .
Bottom line , the under qualified former head of ticket sales needs to be completely removed from any contact with football . Otherwise I hope that worthless piece of **** gets hit by a small truck
Apparently Highsmith was brought in by their current GM Dorsey. They are buddies (imagine that, lol). Looks like Dorsey may be on hot seat as well.

Why do we need Blake James?
Why do we need Blake James?
Browns reporter saying Highsmith is leaving for a college athletic dept job.... hmmm
to raise money. That’s it. His *** doesn’t need to have anything to do with the football program.
He can handle women's soccer while the men take care of the real sports.
Is that report legit? What the **** is the fan sided website?
bye is Ferman going to land his big story?
That’s just a political answer, chemistry with Diaz means nothing and will not stop them for hiring the right guy. There hiring his boss and you don’t need to have chemistry with your staff to get them to do there job at the highest level or there replaced. Diaz already has a current boss who is his BFF, his next boss needs to be the exact opposite. Plus after this season/abortion of corching Diaz put on he has no say In anything that goes on in the athletic dept and certainly isn’t gonna have any say on who his boss is! Diaz just needs to be grateful he gets another year to make it right and focus on a O coordinator and upgrading his JV corching staff!Chemistry WITH Diaz? ****, I'm all for using chemistry to get RID of Diaz.
Collage version of GM of NFLWhat exactly does a Football Chief of Staff do?
Because the people we have aren't qualified to do soWhy don't we just take the money allocated for a Chief of Staff and use it to buy out Manny Diaz. Then we can just hire a competent head coach and we won't need a football chief of staff.
