I agree with that. They have been in the 40's every game. Some of it opponent deficiencies, some of it situational . But I'm not taking anyting away from them being in the 40's every game. And please dont take this as some type of defense of Mario. It's def not that. We are scoring 20 vs pathetic ACC teams

No I know. Believe me I am not defending Mario in any way here. Oregon is scoring in the 40's every game. They are doing something right that's for sure.
They also didnt look good vs Georgia. Both can be true

Lmao players livelihoods and futures are on the line more than coaches! Coaches can make 600k plus a year, get fired and get paid the buyout and not have to work a few years straight and go be an analyst at baga and then just play musical coaches and jump from school to school. Even No’D got a gig after Miami! Players futures are on the line. A LOT of players futures get ***ked up by corches! Most players will probably go back to the hood and forever talk about their glory days if they don’t get killed or end up in jail.

Gattis should have immediately apologized for having such a **** offense. And that it took him, a highly compensated and award winning professional all of spring camp, fall camp and almost 5 games to see that what he was trying to do wasn’t going to work. Mario should then apologize for allowing that to occur on his watch.

Understatement of the century. Even with the worst fanbases, people that take it too far, they at least provide something of value( financial support, recruiting support). Our fanbase literally does nothing and actually are an impediment, because they will embarrass the University at the drop of a hat.

I get what your trying to say. If our team just looked horrible in one game though it would be a different story for the season.

I know you aren't amazed. You've been on these boards far too long, and she's a mom. The embarrassment comes from Keyshawn not agreeing with him and being appropriately self-critical. If he wants to hit the portal to USC good riddance. Doubt he'd make the cut, he's okay but really no better than a sub on a decent Miami roster.

True, but they also know that only a small fraction are going to play in the NFL.

Highsmith was brought in for this exact reason. To evaluate not only potential prospects and transfers but our own roster. The guy has built how many successful rosters in 20 plus years in the league. Between him and Mario I fully expect this roster to have a mass turnover. Times have changed and either you're going to be about the work and the process or your not. And if you're not you won't wear that U on your helmet.
