Only two types of dudes would take the NEB job

1) Someone looking to steal a paycheck for a few years, knowing it’s not going to workout
2) A delusional guy who thinks he can work miracles and is on a career suicide mission

Nobody will sustain success at NEB anymore. Nobody will meet their outdated expectations.

2008-2010 Offensive Coordinator and QB coach at Temple. He turned Baylor around before taking the Panthers job. He would be a far better OC than Gattis and embrace the spread set offense. Plus he is an excellent recruiter ad evaluator. He's probably the next HC at a major college.

****, he's 47 and should set that money up in a trust and live off the interest for the rest of his life. Enjoy life, see the world, and be the best father ever. He'll never get this time back and any role would be grind.

He could go for 350 yards/game and it wouldn’t matter. Picks are risky but this haul and whatever Moore fetches will help replenish the roster.
