Many issues with the recruiting department outside of on the field product. And there are teams that finished above us with similar or worse records. FSU is a prime example.

Excellent point. Only time we get firings is reactionary either mid season because of a bad performance or after the season. And even then fans saw it a mile away.

Love the proactive approach and not waiting. That’s the advantage of Manny being here probably had to many missed targets.
