You're grasp of how things work in the dirty jobs business is miniscule - your numbers are way off, and a clandestine operation of any significance doesn't happen quickly. That's not how things work.

Those you want to take up positions in another country for an operation do so low level. They go to their primary operations area, and they take their time learning everything they can about each target, best ingress and egress from said targets - as well as quick, concealed paths to the next target - and the next.

Your dreamland waves of attacks, mass shootings/killings you assume should have already manifest?

You obviously don't know how these things work - I'll try to give some reality - perspective here. You don't want a series of attacks - a few here - a few there. Each time, security measures will be taken in locations you didn't hit - and that somewhat neutralizes future events.

You want a coordinated, simultaneous overloading of counter-resources. First things - cut communications and power, hit water supplies for the larger cities - and even drop some bridges. You overload all opposition assets.

In days, that city is on the brink. No water - folks have to depopulate. Other cities won't be sending water as they have the same problems. Chaos. Police are uniquely unsuited for countering these specialists - who have pre-positioned their charges, explosives, weapons systems, etc., so they can travel light and still make maximum impact.

Killing masses of people under those conditions is like shooting fish in a barrel - and the terror that spreads as word gets out of massacres - makes things even worse. Dress as cops? That really piles it on!

All this takes time and preparation. Months. And they're funded, so they can refine their caches, movements, ingress and egress assists - everything.

A hundred men inside the walls - can do more damage than a thousand men outside the wall - in one tenth the time.

Recall the sniper team that paralyzed the northeastern seaboard a couple decades ago? That was two males - and one was just a kid. And one 5.56 rifle.

You are part of the problem when you devolve into hysterics over scenarios that are not based on reality or facts/data (you have not provided any) but instead, are based on alternate reality talking points. In my past - I'll admit I was a problem. Because I was the best dammmed Scout/Point in the country - as the numbers verified that. Our numbers were way higher than any other unit. Way higher.

I don't get involved in hysterics, nor have I seen hysterics - a word I've probably never used - I see a problem - a danger - it's automatic. I just react. Unless I've taken them by surprise - and I have - and their group bathing endeavor was their last one.

I know your type too. I just saw a prime example in Judah. Rather, Israel.

Seems a scenario that the pretentious "pseudo intellectuals" believed to be outside any reality or facts or data as you stipulated was absolutely necessary to identify a threat.

I dealt in reality. You're . . . well - in serious matters - useless. I see you find me impossible to debate - I don't debate anyway.

I see that for you to comprehend anything - someone has to draw you pictures - as you don't have the ability to piece together multiple facts, trends, data and see the patterns.

Patterns is what I'm pretty good at. I can track a man for a while, noting nuances, tendencies, and details - and in short time - I know his destination. And have been waiting for him to arrive - in a manner of speaking.

Not sure why I was tagged, but this does not surprise me. Despite Biden’s and Blinkin’s delusional views, allowing unchecked invasion of America, to replace voters, has allowed very dangerous people to preposition so that they can attack us. I urge every WEZZIE to read an outstanding work by a true expert in national security.

I’m not sure it’s fair to say any law enforcement department or political figure is “letting” mass shootings happen for political gain. That’s a pretty significant accusation. The article you linked highlights process inefficiency more than nefarious intent by the authorities.

Let me explain how some of these "events" are engineered.

Information gathering and classifying: There's a good number of people that seek folks who are troubled, fanatical about certain interests, haters who are and have been in trouble - just folks that lie out on the ends of a Bell's Curve of "normal" or "typical" folks.

Let's say a person hates left-handed people - and I mean he's gotten in trouble - fighting and threatening left-handed people. Way beyond any rational explanation and he has no fences. No control. No personal, moral limitations. He's put in the Left-Handed People Hate group. With the few others of his kind.

Now begins gathering information on his interests, workplace, where he hangs out after work, friends and associates, tendencies when it comes to alcohol, drugs, or other behavior modifiers.

So a political situation arises - and among other things - there's a group of left-handed people who need taking care of. Thus sorted - the computer spits out those who have a fanatical hatred of left- handers. This guy's name comes up - and of all the several candidates - he's the most troubled.

So the agent of influence starts hanging out where he does. He eventually makes contact, and casually mentions "that SOB is one of those ******** left-handers. I HATE those SOB's!" Oh! A kindred spirit - and while playing it slow - they now have something in common - a basis for talking and complaining.

The target may say he'd love to take some of them out - but maybe doesn't have the means. Just the hatred. The agent of influence eventually tells him that HE has the means - and could help him if he's serious. Time goes on, the target is encouraged, and when scenarios are discussed on how it could be done - for maximum value - the agent of influence makes some very specific suggestions - and how it COULD be done. And HE knows the when, where, and how - and not only that - he HAS the assets to make it happen.

Now the hater has everything he needs, and it's talked up. To the point - he has the plan, the time, the date, the means, and all he needs is to be encouraged to do this on a certain date - for maximum damage. That's the control the agent in charge wants to exercise - as this entire scenario has a specific purpose - at a specific time.

All assets are handed over, the plan is reviewed and played out, and as they approach that date - the agent in charge gives him the ultimate bonus - maybe a payday and tells him this can be just ONE of a number of similar events.

And that's how you get a dumb*** with no prior extreme violence to engage a certain group - in a certain place - in a certain manner - in a certain way.

His own hatred does the rest.

And is killed in the process - or even if not - and even if he spills the beans on his "assistant," there is no such person - and he's deemed to be lying.

This is the process - there's a data base for almost any hate group one can imagine - and they're constantly updated - to be rolled out upon demand or requirement.

Each one - a "loner."

Not exactly true - but that's what everything points to. No one to blame but this one guy with a bit of history - a history of being a bit unstable - already known to hate this type of group/person, and just suddenly went bat ****.

They should have passed a law making the UNLV campus a gun free zone and put up signs saying you could actually go to jail if you have a gun [even though Vegas is a defund the police zone]. Oh wait..........................they passed those common sense gun laws.......................
