I think he looks like a LB in the video that was shown.

A very athletic LB that can cover - but that's the type of LB I like.

+1 his movement skills are pretty good but he doesn't have the speed and range to play safety, then you look at his size, build and hitting ability and it's obvious what position he'll be playing eventually - OLB. I'd rather have athletes like Bush, Carter & Burns at safety than Gayot as an "enforcer" who can't cover a deep-half zone let alone man up in the slot. It's not 1920 anymore...we face spread offenses that attack matchups through the air, so you need DBs that can run with WRs & athletic TEs like Ebron/O'Leary.

Moten will probably be a DE. Btw, I think it's clear that he was just joking around, based on the recent difficulties of landing many of our DT targets.
 
What is going on with this board? We just got a commit for a position of need and right away it turns into well we need DT and this and that. How about **** YA WE GOT A STUD AND WELCOME TO THE U! Plenty of other post for you to discuss our other needs.

He's a strong kid that really likes to hit. He had some nice interceptions this season, but he can improve in coverage.
 
great get, but the main prize is Hester at safety. Great to take one from the Lou though...

Really. A 290lbs DL who is still in HS is going to play DE in college...don't think so

It's down year for safeties in south Florida, it doesn't mean we to settle for one. I still think Michael Johnson is better. Next year is a down year for DTs, I guess should settle for w/e scraps at DT south Florida has to offer.
