what job do you work at where your boss brings a camera crew into the meeting room and proceeds to take a fake poll among your co workers about whether or not you should be fired? Any boss who’s not an attention seeking Kardashian would call you into his office and say “this isn’t working out, pack your stuff and go” like a real leader.
You are absolutely right. I genuinely forgot about the film angle. Silly me.

Uh? Mario told the parents to come pick your son up at a conference.

This is an apples & oranges comparison.

It was the parent that made this a public spectacle. Mario was doing a weekly interview & was asked about the tweet. He said they do things a certain way, but if any parent have a problem w/ how they do things, then they are more than welcome to pick up their son.

That comment was towards to the parent who became Twitter drunk, & Mario was asked about that matter. Deion, on the other hand, made this a for documentary spectacle. The player vote was fine, asking staff for their opinion was fine. The voices said give him another shot, but Deion wasn’t hearing all that b/c it wasn’t salacious enough. Even after the vote, he could’ve said “thank u, & we’ll be taking that in to consideration.” Behind closed doors, he could’ve dismissed Pope, giving him some self respect & dignity. But to call him out in front the cameras? Come on, my g; clearly, this was made for TV & Pope was the muse.

Deion is supposed to be the coach & leader; he’s looking to sensationalize everything; including what he did w/ those CU players. “I’m bringing my bags, & my bags r Louis.” FOH.

Karma can be a b****. Hope Deons end is nothing like this, for his sake.

Don’t care what y’all say, pope in 2020 was better than the receiver play we have had in 2021 and 2022 outside of obviously Rambo and Harley
“Player who underperformed was better than all the other players except for the players who were good” 😂😂

Colbie Young this year from 10/8-10/22(TVD healthy) = 19 catches for 280 yards and 5 TDs

Keyshawn Smith last season = 33 catches for 405 yards and 3 TDs

Mark Pope 2020 season = 33 catches for 403 yards and 2 TDs

Bro’s 2020 breakout season was pedestrian as **** 😂

The only people cool with how this happened are Deion slobbers who worship him. It’s got zero to do with cutting a player. If Pope was a problem, he deserved to be cut. It’s the completely bi#ch *** way he went about it

Some won’t agree with the way he did it but welcome to real life. Pope about 23 now on his second stop still not getting it.
it isn't real life to humiliate people on national television. it is exploitation and cruel. I would never play or work for someone who would do that to me. cut or punishment is fine...no need to humiliate and exploit his pain in the process.

I heard public lynchings solved that pesky being Black thing too. The fact that we have people believing stupid crap like "public executions served a positive purpose" is proof that we failed in regards to educating the public.
I’ve seen another poster express similar sentiments about public executions but that guy recently cured cancer so who am I to say he’s wrong 🤷🏾‍♂️

does it matter? he is still not a professional athlete and whatever discipline he receives doesn't need to be used to promote deon...
I could care less about Deon, but how does this promote him? Because it was filmed? Pope was a kid he took from the portal that clearly didn’t produce in the power 5 and he gave him another shot. Sounds like he tried the same **** there as he did here and Deln asked the team if he stays or if he goes.

it promotes him because the entire video is designed to promote him. this is just a part of it. somethings on the video are probably great. this is horrible.
