Mario says he had to relearn how to let loose during game time

I approve this message. Love that our team, our coast to coast Canes community will get to experience competing on the national stage for a national championship run.

Maudes have visibility as to who hands out warning. I'll confirm here and now that @LuCane has not handed out a single warning to you.

I'll also confirm that I just handed a warning to you for dragging up your old grudge. The next time that points kick in on you, you're gone for a year at minimum.

What you're not understanding is I've quite literally never been involved in any of those calls. Not my role. It's actually up to the mods and whatever they decide from your behavior. I'm sorry you're struggling to comprehend what you've now been explicitly told multiple times.

Bud, many your post sequences are attacks and complaints. If you dislike message boards so much, why are you on one desperately defending the staff? Whether you're on the staff (I really hope not), one of their family members, or just some random dude (best case), I really hope you can get it together. Again, good luck.

Theres definitely been some times I think the fans have been overly critical of our identity

When games get tough why wouldn’t you lean on the strength of the team? The OL and physicality is what he’s been wanting to build for 4 years. Use it.

Going back to some of the early games we didn’t take the foot off the gas as much as some say, in my opinion. Notre Dame we did have a drive we ran it 3 times and punted but we got stuffed on 3rd and 1. 9/10 we get that yard and maybe things change but we tried to throw the ball

What’s been different to me lately is the HOW

Using Toney is creative ways. Using him like a decoy. Sending Lofton in motion. I’d love one of these analytical sites to show me how many yards we get per play when we send Toney in motion

It’s simple small things like this that can put this team over the top

You’re not stopping us on 3rd and 1 if you hesitate a millisecond when you see Toney on the move

So I don’t think it’s been a huge philosophical change. We never needed one which I suppose was the most frustrating part

Also to be fair our offense was HORRIBLE early in the season with pre snap penalties so you can want to be creative but the players had to step up as well

Some of our injuries are about to be a blessing in disguise as well offense and defense

We had some players like Marion, Pringle, Poyser, O’Connor etc step up

This is a dangerous ******* football team man

The OP made a thread title that essentially said Mario admitted he handcuffed Dawson. If I left it as it was, that would have best matched my “Mario is the issue not Dawson” agenda but I changed it to what he actually said, that he had to relearn how to let loose.

In the context I watched, I infer that he knows that the way he went into a prevent offense shell in games because he tightens up isn’t the way and since he let go, we’re killing people.

In the context you watched you saw it differently.

The reality is a whole bunch of ppl are to be blamed for UL and SMU. Mario, Dawson, Beck, Mirabal.
