MaRiO NeEds his OwN GuYs

Ohio State has two (2) players from south Florida. Out of 100 players and five recruiting classes. They literally have more players from the state of Washington than from south Florida. They are far from "living" in south Florida.
DUDE HOW are you gonna tell me......

I SEE THEM. They are flying up kids i PERSONALLY Know...lol

Just because they only have 2 didnt mean they aint try. Just like how u stated UGA wasnt down here in this class...but didnt know or realize that they whiffed and missed on every last one of the big names.

Brian Hartline on the first date a coach could go out and recruit.......was in south florida...im not asking you this (thats what you call living in a place). Why would he come here?. He couldve went to the state of washington lol. OhiO State my whole life has been in SOUTH FLORIDA....The Goat coach of all time NICK SABAN has been in Broward County since b4 the 90s...man you may need a history on recruiting lol

For OSU it may have slowed down a bit based off their staff. Urban Meyer definately wouldve lived here more. Their current coaching staff only has 2 connections to south florida possibly with Hartline(who played for the dolphins) and Tim Walton who coached at UM for 3 years. Walton wasnt known as a good recruiter though....and both guys are osu ALUMNI.

So in five years worth of recruiting classes, they have two guys on their roster. Man, that's overwhelming. They LIVE in south Florida.

So Ohio State is whiffing, Georgia is whiffing, Alabama only has a handful.......so where are they all going?

All over the **** place like they always have been going. There are 3 major college programs in state and its creeping up on 4 actually (ucf) They are going...EVERYWHERE.

Your trying to be funny but it aint working. UGA offered EVERY elite rb from the surrounding s.fla area or who were from s.fla originally which one did they land out of Baxter (Boynton Beach) Young (Naples) Fletcher(Lauderdale Osu landed him for now)?. Which wrs did they land..Innis (Pembroke Pines) Hykeem Williams (Lauderdale) Jalen Brown (Down south) Im not sure if they offered NaT Joseph or Robbie Washington but they are also on their offer list.

They offered Damari Brown a cb we have as a priority....and have a s,fla cb committed.

Ohio State i already stated they dont have any real connections on their staff to south florida anymore since Urb left. Was it 5 years back? I cant remember but their head coach is from got**** New Hampshire. lol They mostly come down for skill guys anyway. They whiffed on alot of the DL talent we had last class but somehow landed KJ. Which actually helped them with Innis this class since KJ is from Pembroke Pines and played youth ball with Innis. I give them credit though they pivoted for their skills and went else where to places like Washington and others with lease resistance. Bama has had s.fla skills in a warped zone since they bought....Amari Cooper.

What im trying to figure out is whats the number you have to hit for you to say for these vaunted teams that are not in the state of florida to have kids from 3 counties in florida?. Is it 5, 10, 30...how many?. Because i think your kinda non realistic thinking these teams should be choc full of s.fla kids to mean that the s.fla kids can play football good or win. And its not even how recruiting works.

For example UGA won the MNC last year and Clemson and Dabo drags their d*ck through metro atlanta snatching up whomever they want.

And that's my point. They are going all over Florida, and there isn't a relevant program in Florida.

I don't really understand the question because of the writing, but the point is that we have been failing with the same giant group of south Florida players for 20 years. People claim that we're just "getting the wrong guys", but the teams playing for championships aren't using them either.

Pointing out a guy at Georgia and a guy at Ohio State doesn't mean that our 60 south Florida kids are good too. Mario somehow won 12 games in a P5 conference with northwest kids, but can't get out of his own way with south Florida kids who supposedly come from the best recruiting ground in the country? Doesn't add up.

You left out I said EVERYWHERE as well as Florida's big 3.

CJ BAXTER is committed to Texas, Richard Young Bama, and Mark Fletcher OSU. Thats just rbs which one of them are headed to the big 3?.

Im being foreal...where are you from and whats your age range?.

Texas A&M is a perfect example to back his argument. Team full of highly rated, blue chip recruits, even signing (on paper at least) the highest ranked recruiting class ever. Despite this there's a reason they're known as the 8-4 squad. COACHING!
Sure but what is our record the last 5-6 years if we play the same schedule they did every year?

CIS: why the **** we tryna run so much?

The pac 12 sucks for 1.

For 2 you conveniently leave off all these **** teams are winning with guys at key positions. Just saying a guy here or there isnt proving the point. They are BIG reasons teams have won from Amari Cooper to James Cook.

I already pointed out we currently suck and 50 percent of our starters arent from South florida currently. We are being led by a qb from CT and a linebacker on defense from Houston.

We arent getting the right kids from else where either. @DMoney i see what youve had to go through..these posters just dont understand.

What i want to know is what is your suggeston then?. Like give me a plan moving forward in recruiting from here on out?. We do know the south florida kids suck..so where will be our new main recruiting base in your opinion ..where would you throw your recruiting budget money to Z(city/state wise)

So your next reaction is to make it personal? That's par for the course.
No im asking it to know your history of recruiting (age range) and where your from (to understand the national recruiting prespective). Not being personal at all.

But based off your posting i believe your a previous poster that has done this discussion with before.

Weve been failing with the same sorry coaches for 20 years my man..not the same giant group of south florida kids. Kids cycle in and out and we have had terrible coaching staffs since ive been in high school and poor administration/infrastructure.

we have landed the best south florida rbs the last 3 cycles......so lie detector test determined .....THIS IS A LIE. lol

But this is funny as here is a cesspool at times..the gameday board is hilarious. A pass time of mine is reading it after we won a game....reading it without context would have you thinking we are down 30 pts in a game we win by 2 scores.

I don't understand? That's exactly what I am saying. You have agreed with me twice now. We have to recruit nationally, and we have to get better players from home AND from other areas.

Which part of that has you asking my age?

Yes, I am a previous poster, and yes I have had this opinion for several years.

Because maybe your under 25 and dont realize that SOUTH FLORIDA recruits have ALWAYS gone elsewhere and we have NEVER had a monopoly on s.fla recruits even when we were up. Older posters would know this and act accordingly.

Now keep the debating going and answer my other questions your skipping over.

Well, I disagree. We have tried coaches from different backgrounds with different philosophies, and they all fail.

Ultimately, I know you're a good dude with good intentions, and I think our opinions are closer than it might seem. I'm just willing to give Mario the benefit of the doubt with more time. The program we're trying to get back to is going to take a lot of work.
