NoIs that word common in Brooklyn?
NoIs that word common in Brooklyn?
Much more. The weeding out has started and more to come.
How do you know they didn’t already speak to the coaches before going public?
Mario never implied they didn’t. He simply said if a parent wasn’t happy they could pull their player out.
Well listen Mario, you’re not Nick Saban. You’re not Bill Belichick.
You’re a .500 career coach who got fired from FIU and lost to Middle Tennessee this year.
You haven’t earned the right to strong arm or bully anyone.
The proper response would’ve been: “My door is always open for parents to discuss whatever issues or concerns they may have regarding their kids - football or non football. That’s something that gets handled privately + in house and I’m not going to comment on this specific instance. I’ll only repeat that my door is always open”.
Instead he tries to be a tough guy.
Baseless pablum from a psuedo macho man.
Give it all you want homie but don't run to the law like a ***** when you get itYou almost got the finger, but I'm not @Canefancarlos2
Talks about not calling out **** on social media, then says in an interview for parent to come get his kid. Why not decline to comment and handle it in private the same way you want them to handle it in private? Nobodys saying the parent was right, but think its a bad look to talk like the player you just recruited is that easily replaceable.

Did Mario name the player and the player’s parents? No.Talks about not calling out **** on social media, then says in an interview for parent to come get his kid. Bryan Fortay makes a MyPillow look like a brick wall. What a **** eating loser that guy was.I'll pay you double your remaining "ad-free" credit for you to leave this site and never come back.
It's not "strong arming" or "bullying" to expect parents to STFU and not run to social media whenever they don't get an immediate response from "speaking to the coaches" (as you seem to think has actually happened).
And no coach should have to "earn" the right to tell the parents to STFU.
Was Jimmy Johnson supposed to kowtow to Jeff George and his family, simply because JJ was a barely-over-.500 coach before coming to Miami, and had never won a championship (at the time he was recruiting George to transfer from Purdue)?
Was Dennis Erickson supposed to blow Bryan Fortay and his father, just because Erickson was a barely-over-.500 coach at Wyoming and Washington State, and had also never won a championship (at the time)?
There are well over 100 Division I-A schools. There are plenty of kids who don't get the "playing time" that they or their parents think they should be getting. "Step 2" in the grievance process (after "trying to talk to the coaches") is not "run to social media and whine like a *****". Look around the country, and name all of the "****ed off parents" who are whining on social media. You'll find a few, but it's certainly not the prevalent "second step" that you make it out to be.
Mario is absolutely right in this situation, and he doesn't need to "earn" any right to speak his mind on helicopter parents. And there is absolutely no "strong arming" or "bullying" going on here.
You should get an infraction for false information. "Bullying"... What kind of a pvssy alleges that in this situation?
In many cases, Cristobal is well beyond this. This is a shot across the bow. A lot of players will be in the portal within 3 weeks. How do you know they didn’t already speak to the coaches before going public?

You must crush wordle . Thanks for adding to my vocabulary, can't wait to wedge this into a sentence. This is fine when Saban says it. He’s earned the right.
When Mario says it, it comes across as obdurate.

How many guys do you think we will add from the portal this season? The weeding out has started and more to come.
The leader of the minority comes to mind as dumbI mean when you say stuff, it comes across dumb as **** but you’re still here…somehow.
I see that you're persevering in your endeavor to eschew obfuscation.I'm just agog with joy that you didn't perpetuate a literal massacre by using literally in an incorrect manner as so oft is the case with our esteemed fellow porsters.
