My father was the Orange Bowl Stadium Manager from 1960 to 1979. During baseball season, he managed the old Miami Baseball Stadium and was responsible for both 24/7-365. Managing a stadium is challenging at best.Its far from a push. If it were, no one would have built their own stadium.
The returns would be much more than what we get from Hard Rock.
Privately owned stadiums can make money but profits are variable based on many factors. Robbie didn’t build HRS to make money. He built it because he was fed up with the City of Miami - owner of the OB - that was unwilling to make upgrades.
