2023 Marcellius Pulliam - LB (Commits to UM)

I'm not sure how big of a fan I am of body type recruiting, but there are more and more teams doing it in the pros. They have a range and stick to it, regardless of production on the field.

At LB -
Bryant is 6'2, 235lbs
Aguirre is 6'2, 220lbs
Washington is 6'3, 215lbs
Pulliam is 6'3 220lbs

All of these guys are physical and have knockback power when they get home.
If this were 2008 and it were corners and Randy… people would be very angry.

And Clark is 6’2.

Gone are the days of 11 and 4 playing backer here.

Looks like a 3 star lb, hope he can learn to wrap up, I’m sick of all our guys looking for the kill shot and not getting anyone down. That said he’s our 4-5th lb we’re going to sign this year, really doesn’t seem like something to complain about, he’s got good measurables and if he doesn’t develop recruit over him.
I saw about 1.5 form tackles in his junior highlights; the rest were hit-sticks. He needs to be coached up - Strong is the man to do it.
