I dont think Manny is the answer, but no other way to spin the fact that this is a major get. Our offensive recruiting has continued to be very **** good. Once again, no excuses why we aren't dominating the Coastal when we land players like Chaney, Worsham, Knighton and Redding, just none.

on the new ITU podcast ivins heavily implies that knighton has silently committed, which would explain the commit tweets from the staff and then the crystal balls from the reporters. we all know we've been burned before on silents, but that seems to be where this recruitment currently stands.

Yep sounded like he has the article ready to go just waiting on Knighton to give the Ok.

This looks like a more physical Duke. Sign me the fvck up.
That film doesn’t need to be more than 1 minute. Doesn’t take longer than that to see a special player

Funny thing about running backs these days. Chaney wants this guy at UM because Chaney is smart enough to know that no COLLEGE running back should carry the ball more than 15-20 times per game if that same back wants a long PRO career. Anything more than that many carries is that many more hits on the legs and more wear on the tires.

it helps when you go into your chief rival's stadium, demolish them, cause them to fire their head football coach and catapult the rival's program into chaos.

Manny does have a solid recruiting strategy:

1. Express interest in rival’s recruits
2. Destroy rival
3. Get rival coach fired
4. Steal rival’s recruits

5. continue to destroy rival with their poached recruits every year.

I think Manny grew up a lot this season as a first time HC. We were on the brink of a disastrous season when he finally figured out how to right the ship. The defense which he had hung his hat on was failing him, but he got Baker to tighten things up.

The OL was a sieve but Enos’ schemes did them no favors. With the growth along the line and Enos getting his head out of his a&&, the O is finally clicking.

Manny now needs to win out with a bowl win and close with a strong class. All that said, no excuses for a 10-win season next year.
