Exactly. You need to be able to talk. College coaches are in the selling business. If you can't talk, you can't recruit. Now, at some point, you got to have some substance and back it up, lest that talk sound empty (Ron Zook, Al Golden). Manny needs to start winning now to back it up.

I think like 95% of this board and Miami fans want Manny to succeed. I know I do. He seems like an awesome guy and a head coach that will stay here and you want to root for. Plus, unlike other coaches we’ve had he seems willing to course correct.

I’m with you though, he needs to win and show last year was really about some bad apples.
