Read this statement earlier - like others said - real class act and good write up. I found it somewhat disappointing however that he had to list like 40 different coaches due to all the changes he’s seen during his time here. He could have easily transferred to a more stable situation at some point but you can tell he bled the green and orange.

5 years 3 head coaches, this kid among others did as good a job as anyone w the amount of times they needed to readjust.

Kelce has improved but he’s not exactly mauling people. When he came to the league he was a one trick pony like Mallory. Maybe the NFL actually plays to his strengths.

Hopefully he can get to Dallas he's not much of a blocker but neither is Shultz and I think Will has a higher ceiling than Shultz plus Dak loves his tight ends.

Yeah that’s really a shame. Throw in all the positional coaches that apply to his position (OL, WR, TE) and he’s probably seen like 25 coaches here.

It was crazy as **** to watch replays during the game, and seeing him struggle and flat out miss blocks during running plays over and over again. So Why in the world is he out there running this play when you know he struggles in that area? After he's shown you time and time again, that he can't block and you still trotting his *** out there, lining him up on the LOS, to block the edge? That's not a Mallory problem, that's a coaching problem. Apparently we not watching film the correct way. Hopefully he finds a home in the NFL that won't ask him to do that until he can. I’ve been asking this for two years yet our brain trust kept asking him to do it. That’s not Mallory’s fault that’s Mario and Gattis.
