Until we find a QB and improve our running game, there's not a team on our schedule that we can take lightly outside of Savannah State. That said, we have more talent than LSU this coming season, it's just a question of us putting together a good package and executing effectively.
Rosier (or Perry) can't throw at less than a 45% completion rate with more picks than TDs, like he did in the final 4 games of last year. And our defense can't play that soft zone **** that got us destroyed against Clemson and almost lost us games versus teams like Toledo last year. Robert Knowles can't get his head up his ***, Cager has to play like he did against Wisky, not like he did against FSU and Ga Tech. Dallas or someone else at RB has to get those short yards when needed. And Willis and Ford need to stop the opponent from getting those short yards when needed.
It's the same formula for every team we play. Outside of their defensive front 7, LSU isn't much better than Pitt or UVa, and probably on par talent wise with Va Tech and FSU. There is no reason we shouldn't win that game. But there are many ways to lose it.
