LSU Firepower

We're going to curb stomp LSU.. I have us winning something like 45-10.. It's going to be like the Oprah show, where you get a touchdown, you get a touchdown, you over there on the bench (N'kosi) you even get a touchdown..

This amuses me, Defense is not letting near 40 points get scored on them

Because I'm a Canes fan. Nuff said.
That is the response i was looking for

**** it goes like this
Canes fans think they are going to beat LSU
LSU fans think they are going to beat the Canes
Miss State thinks they are going to win the West
UF thinks mullen will get them a Natty
Tex A&M thinks one offseason with jimbo will lead them to destroying everybody

Its all in fun and games lol

And i cant say this enough **** UF

I'm die hard Canes, but some of the statements being made about LSU team is outlandish. Score 40 on these guys??? No team speed??

What in the **** are you guys smoking?? This is NOT Toledo, and this game might be the toughest game we play this year.

See every fan base has some fans with brains. I admit Miami is good and that it is going to be a good game, im not dumb enough to say this is going to be a cake walk, a blow out, and huge mismatch for either team.

However there are fans on both sides that think the same... I tell people on the LSU board they are dumb if they think we are more athletic and are going to dominate and blow yall out..

If we score 40 on LSU it is because of many turnover chain appearances and maybe some special team plays.

But personally I expect it to be a relatively low scoring game.

Slightly faster? Your fastest guy, whoever that may be, would still be diving at the heels of our 5th fastest. Your best players are your corner and linebacker, who are not better than Michael Jackson or Shaq. You have any Ahmon's on your team? How about any 6' 5" 220lb wr's? Any corners that can run with two sub 4.4 wr's or a linebacker who can cover a sub 4.4 rb?
You have any Joe Jackson's on your team? No, he left early for the draft.
Our QB who many think, but I do not, is the weak link of our team is head and shoulders above anything you have on your roster.

Put down your double shot of SEC bias, and smell the roses. LSU is the 4th or 5th best team in the SEC and will make a Bowl Game, but where would you place in the ACC. Clemson, Miami, FSU, NC State, VT are all better teams than LSU. You lost Saban, then you lost Les Miles, and now you have Eddie O, who was a good assistant at Miami, but who is not even a mediocre head coach.

The SEC is Alabama and Georgia, and the rest are all also ran's.

That's the reality, and it's not going to change anytime soon. Miami has a really good, if not great chance to have a special year, and LSU is going to be hoping to qualify for a Bowl Game, and I'm not talking Sugar Bowl, but one of those bowl games in early December. You know, the one's we went to for a decade under Shannon, and Al. At least we had a reason. **** for 5 years before Richt anybody with a pulse was signed because we couldn't even guarantee that we would have an upcoming season and had to have some kind of roster.

LSU's decline into mediocrity occurred because of your SEC bias and stupid fan base deluding themselves with grandeur that seems to occur only when certain planets align.

See, at Miami we know when we are good and why. We are good when we get the strongest, fastest, hungriest guys from the best recruiting region in the country, and we let them off the leash. It's not a flash in the pan sort of luck. It brought us 25 years of dominance and 5 National Championships under 4 coaches. We got away from that and went star gazing, then we had a wee bit of NCAA problems, but for 3 years we have gotten back to what made us dominant, and LSU is going to see that whup *** up close and personal.
I want to talk about the huge difference in speed and size yall have compared to use in the skill set position.

Lets start at RB
LSU:
Clyde Helaire- 5'9" 212lbs 4.36 40 yrd dash
Chris Curry- 6' 219lbs 4.58 40 yrd dash
Nick Brosette- 6' 210lbs 4.7 40 yrd dash

UM:
Lingard- 6' 202lbs 4.47 40 yrd dash ( Lighter and slower than Helaire)
Burns- 5'11 225lbs 4.58 40 yrd dash
Davis- 5'10" 190lbs 4.5 40 yrd dash
Homer- 5'11" 205lbs 4.48 40 yard dash ( Lighter and slower than Helaire)
Canes have more experience at the position but the faster stronger stuff is false, LSU's two more than likely premier backs weight more and are just as fast, if you factor in weight they Currn and Burns are neck and neck, homer is lighter and slower than Helaire, Brosette has sucked ever since he has been here and i honestly dont care for him on the field.

Now for the Wideouts
LSU;
Giles- 6'1" 186 4.40 40 yrd dash
Chase- 6'1" 205 4.66 40 yrd dash
Sullivan- 6'7" 232 4.47 40 yrd dash
Davis- 6'4" 220 4.33 40 yrd dash
Marshall- 6'4" 209 4.5 40 yrd dash
Mcmath- 6'3" 221 4.4 40 yrd dash

UM:
Hightower- 6'3" 210 4.45 40 yrd dash
Richards- 6'2" 205 4.31 40 yrd dash
Thomas- 5'10" 180 4.4 40 yrd dash
Dallas- 6' 220 4.5 40 yrd dash
Cagar- 6'5" 220 4.5 40 yrd dash

Drake Davis yet again not near as experienced as Richards but is heavier and taller than him and is still faster. Sullivan is 5" taller and heavier and is almost as fast. Height and size goes to LSU, Experience goes to Miami

Weights fixed Smokin Sebastian, Sorry CanesInsight had the wrong data

Your heights and weights are all off on a bevy of Miami players

Richards 205
Cager 220
Lingard 203 4.27 in the summer
Homer 205 4.31 in the summer
Dallas 220 4.45

I personally Think both lingard aren’t that fast but they are sub 4.4 guys in that 4.37-4.42 range for sure. Lingard is be fastest on the team though

Yea i just went off of the ones you all talk about the most, and the sizes came from our direct website, the times are from recruiting process so if anything they have gotten faster just like Miamis players seem to have

Moral of the story is is there will be speed all over the places for both teams...

I also left out some LSU wideouts

I wanted to also clear up the size comment from earlier when we clearly have taller wideouts
Guys i left out
Pope- 6'1" 180
Wiggens- 6'3" 195
Harley- 5'9" 175
Langtham- 6'4" 235
Ezzard- 6'2" 210
