I posted it in another thread but the rumor today is Franklin to LSU. He just changed his representation to Jimmy Sexton - also agent to a few of the other SEC heavyweights. It doesn't mean Franklin to LSU is a done deal but possibly that Sexton sees a way to make it happen for big $$$.
It will be interesting to see if Penn State puts up the $$ to keep him.
